With expected temperatures of 30+ Celsius (86+ F) I still decided to do a tour in Friesland on the bicycle with my wife.
Despite 5 small cans of Cola , 2 larger Cassis cans and two bidons with water and a visit o a cafe we still had to buy some more water for the last 10 kilimoter.
All in all the tour was 60km (~40 milies) and done by just following a list of numbered signposts. We call them knots and when you arrive at a knot you can choose to which one you go next (mostly two or three options.) This is tru in the whole of the Netherlands! Very easy to download guided tours from the internet and just follow the numbers.
