2oz Silver Bullion Brother "To The Moon" Pour

I got another silver delivery a week ago, but this time I'm spacing things out since there are some fun pieces I want to cover in detail, rather than gloss over them with "Hey, look at this! Ok, next piece!" 😆

Obverse

For those who don't already know, I pretty much use BullionBrother exclusively for my gold and silver purchases. He's pretty much always cheaper than the competition. He let's you open a box (for a small fee) which let's you amass as many purchases as you want in a 30 day period, and then you close it and ship it out. This was you can get a lot of variety without paying individual shipping charges. He also lets you put an item on layway with 25% down (and a small fee), and it just needs to be paid off within 30 days. Pretty cool, right?

BullionBrother's logo features Troy, a character that supposedly was insipired by a cartoon character from this video and was originally usedby the subreddit WallstreetBets. Supposedly in 2016, he was given "Trump hair" to create the iteration you see on this round here. When the subreddit Wallstreetsilver was formed they turned his hair silver and depicted him holding gold and silver instead of diamonds (He originally held diamonds because of the phrase "diamond hands," which referred to stock holders stubbornly holding their stocks even as prices went to $0.)

So that gives you an idea of why he's featured on it. The phrase "To The Moon" is a common rallying cry in the Wallstreetsilver silver (and other stackers) community. It refers to the belief that the price of gold, and moreso silver, are manipulated via the ETF paper trading to keep the true price artificially low. The idea is that eventually the shell game will fall apart, and then prices will go "to the moon." This is also why there is a rocket strapped with bars of gold and silver, and it's taking off into space.

Reverse

The reverse is a simpler design, indicating the piece is more than 2oz of .999 silver. You'll notice the BullionBrother website in a ring around the outside.

Glass Panther is unbelievably talented when it comes to his pours. This was a limited run he did for BullionBrother. As you can see, he has a sense of humor. I didn't quite get the magical #69 out of the limited mintage of 69 pieces. "So close!" 🤣

As a side note, I took this picture with my phone, but instead of using the camera's flash from the phone, I purchased a separate light I can clip on and rotate. So far I'm liking how it still gives me good lighting for the photos, but also frees up my camera so it can focus on the picture better and eliminates the glare caused by the flash. What do you think? Worth it or not? I'd love to hear your opinions on it.

Keep on stacking! 😁
