The 11th Series of Loot Packs drop at midnight GMT on the 8th January

The last season of loot packs was absolute chaos; for the first time in the history of Warsaken, both Loot and Platinum Loot packs sold out before the end of the month. These packs contained some highly sought-after cards, including:

  • Blood Foil Infinite Leader ($25,000)
  • Owner ($10,000)
  • Blood Foil Leader ($6,000)
  • Tenant ($1,000)

Season 11 looks equally engaging, with an increased chance of pulling Tenants but no Blood Foil Infinite leader this time.

I wanted to compare the two packs to find out which pack I would chase first. To do that, I had to do some maths, as you can buy three loot packs for the price of a platinum loot pack.

Analysis

As you can see, there is a slightly higher chance of pulling Tenants and Leaders from loot packs. If you are chasing Owners, it doesn't matter which you pick. The final aspect to consider is the First Wave Upgrade Cards which are essential for upgrades; you can only pull these out of Platinum Loot Packs.
