Greetings to all the community of HiveArte a community dedicated to art in many forms, today I bring you this digital illustration of one of my favorite Street Fighters characters, Akuma.
Lo primero fue buscar una referencia del personaje para extraer tanto los elementos como los colores para mi ilustración.
The first thing was to look for a reference of the character to extract both the elements and the colors for my illustration.
Primero hice un boceto a lapiz que luego perfeccioné con el marcador antes de pasar a los vectores (mi parte favorita del proceso)
First I made a pencil sketch that I then perfected with the marker before moving on to the vectors (my favorite part of the process).
Ya aqui se ve el avance sobre el personaje primero el contorno del mismo para poder pasar a rellenar las formas, agregar luces y sombras y finalmente detalles del personaje con los pinceles que me proporciona el illustrator.
Already here you can see the progress on the character first the outline of it to be able to move on to fill the shapes, add lights and shadows and finally details of the character with the brushes that illustrator provides me.
Asi armé la primera composición de mi diseño, coloqué el kanji o signo de Akuma que para la mitología japonesa akuma vendria siendo una palabra equivalente a demonio, y demás elementos como el logotipo de street fighters, el personaje de referencia como saliendo de la consola de super nintendo las luces y fondo con una tematica espacial.
So I put together the first composition of my design, I placed the kanji or sign of Akuma that for Japanese mythology akuma would be a word equivalent to demon, and other elements such as the street fighters logo, the reference character as coming out of the super nintendo console, the lights and background with a space theme.
Y finalmente esta fue mi composición final donde vemos al personaje de Capcom elegirse a si mismo en el Super Nintendo mientras fuma un canuto levitando en el espacio.
And finally this was my final composition where we see the Capcom character choosing himself on the Super Nintendo while smoking a joint levitating in space. 🚀
