Ya me quedan pocas semanas de vacaciones, y estoy tratando de disfrutar mi tiempo libre, dado que cuando regrese a clases sé que volverá el estrés, y poco espacio para dedicarme a otras actividades. Así que he buscado diversas ideas para darle vida a mis lienzos, y refugiarme en el arte mientras tenga tiempo para hacerlo✨
Y, como estoy feliz, dado que renové mis pinturas, tenía la motivación para crear otro pequeño cuadro, una pintura muy sencilla que les compartiré por si desean hacerla💖
I have a few weeks of vacation left, and I'm trying to enjoy my free time, since when I go back to college I know that stress will return, and little space to dedicate to other activities. So I've been looking for different ideas to give life to my canvases, and take refuge in art while I have time to do it✨
And, as I'm happy, since I renewed my paintings, I had the motivation to create another small painting, a very simple painting that I will share with you in case you want to do it💖
Esta pintura es muy rosa💗 Ese es el color principal que utilicé, en diferentes tonalidades, debido que quería algo con vibras un poco femeninas, y que, últimamente, he tenido una pequeña obsesión con los atardeceres de este tono. Siento que me dan esperanzas.
Por ende, primero pinté una franja de color lila en la parte superior de mi lienzo (que fue un cuadro de cartulina, porque no encontré lienzos de tela), esa sería la base para comenzar el degradado. Luego, debajo de esta, coloqué pequeñas cantidades de pintura lila y fucsia, y con un pincel comencé a unir ambos colores. De esta manera se ve más natural el acabado.
Realicé la misma técnica por segunda vez, pero en esa ocasión con los colores fucsia y magenta. Y luego, una tercera vez, con un color melocotón, para finalizar el degradado de este atardecer.
This painting is very pink💗 That's the main color I used, in different shades, because I wanted something with a bit of a feminine vibe, and lately I've had a bit of an obsession with sunsets in this tone. I feel like they give me hope.
So, first I painted a strip of lilac on the top of my canvas (which was a cardboard frame, because I couldn't find canvas), that would be the base to start the gradient.Then, under it, I placed small amounts of lilac and fuchsia paint, and with a brush I started to join both colors. This way the finish looks more natural.
I did the same technique a second time, but this time with the fuchsia and magenta colors. And then, a third time, with a peach color, to finish the gradient of this sunset.

Al haber terminado de darle forma al cielo (y esperar que la pintura estuviera completamente seca), con la ayuda de un lápiz dibuje las formas irregulares de montañas. Ya he mencionado anteriormente que las pinturas sobre paisajes, naturaleza, son mis preferidos.
After I finished shaping the sky (and waited until the paint was completely dry), with the help of a pencil I drew the irregular shapes of mountains. I have already mentioned before that landscape paintings, nature, are my favorite.

Darle forma a estas montañas fue un desafío, dado que quería darle un toque de niebla. Primero pinté las tres primeras montañas, de: azul claro, morado y azul oscuro. Pero en las bases hice una degradación del color de cada montaña junto a un color celeste, para dar la sensación de que era neblina. El resultado no quedó como lo tenía en mente, pero sigo aprendiendo😌
Si conocen una mejor manera de crear neblina, no duden en comentármelo✨ y aunque en la foto no se nota bien la diferencia de los colores en las montañas, confíen en mí que si son diferentes.
Shaping these mountains was a challenge, since I wanted to give them a touch of fog. First I painted the first three mountains: light blue, purple and dark blue. But in the bases I made a degradation of the color of each mountain together with a celeste color, to give the sensation that it was fog. The result didn't turn out as I had in mind, but I'm still learning😌.
If you know a better way to create haze, don't hesitate to tell me about it✨ and although in the photo you can't see the difference of the colors in the mountains, trust me that they are different.

La última montaña la pinté de negro, para tener más profundidad en la pintura.
Y a partir de allí comencé a pintar árboles, de color negro. Los cuáles también debo mejorar mi técnica, y es por esa razón que cada uno es diferente, dado que intenté diversas maneras de hacerlo, para conocer cuál me gustaba más🤭

And from there I started painting trees, in black. Which I also have to improve my technique, and that is why each one is different, since I tried different ways to do it, to know which one I liked the most🤭

Hasta este punto la pintura se ve bien, es aesthetic, tiene buen contraste en sus colores. Pero sentía que faltaba algo. Así que entre los árboles de color negro, pinté otros árboles de color blanco. No sé si fue la mejor decisión, pero me gustó, sentía que necesitaba algo distinto.
Up to this point the painting looks good, it is aesthetic, it has good contrast in its colors. But I felt that something was missing. So between the black trees, I painted other trees in white. I don't know if it was the best decision, but I liked it, I felt it needed something different.
¡Y este si fue el final!✨ Me alegra compartirles otra paso a paso de mi pintura, no saben cuánto me encanta hacer esto, crear arte. Sé que no soy una experta, y me falta mucha práctica, pero disfruto el proceso de pintar, de dejar mi mente en blanco y solo dedicarme en los colores, a pintar.
