saludos,revisando algunos post pude ver la iniciativa de nuestra querida @nahtyortiz donde nos invita a reflexionar y responder las siguiente pregunta ¿Cómo haces para respetar tus necesidades? ¿Cuáles son las importantes para ti?

automáticamente me puso a pensar,porque los años pasan y las necesidades he intereses como individuos van variando,bueno al menos a mi me ha sucedido pero como he comentado en otros post normalmente siempre he estado al servicio de los demás y sus necesidades.

La familia es mi pilar por tanto siempre en función de ellos y mi santuario,mi casa, solo dedicaba pequeños pero muy pequeños espacios y tiempo para mi bienestar personal.

Ya con el paso del tiempo y los golpes de la vida como nos gusta decir,he ido cerrando el circulo en el cual yo giraba para todos ,ahora todo lo pongo a girar en torno a mí.

Vivimos muy de prisa y todo es para mañana sin darnos cuenta que ese mañana es efímero,maltratamos nuestros cuerpos y por tanto nuestra mente,casi nunca logramos ese equilibrio físico emocional.

Después de la COVID_19 y sus secuelas he cambiado bruscamente,y ver todos los dias que amanezco es un fuerte impulso para ver las necesidades del día,si las del día.

Hoy mis necesidades encabezan la lista del día enriquecer mi mente con conocimientos y ejercitar mi cerebro con juegos que al final me divierten y me relajan es una de mis prioridades al menos para mi es la mas importante.

trato que las energías fluyan de manera positiva y evito todo aquello que pueda ejercer negatividad en mi persona porque ya a mi edad no estamos para complacer sino para autocomplacernos.

por tanto soy mas amiga de mis gustos,de mis pequeños placeres de respetar mis horarios que antes eran aplazados y locos

Tengo mi pareja y antes no comprendía como era posible en algunos momentos tener cada uno su espacio su tiempo y su silencio,hoy lo adoro y lo exijo.

Vivía al pendiente del teléfono de mirar sino recibía llamadas de los seres por los que me preocupaba o si publicaban algo que pudiera darme una idea de como se sentía.

Hoy les explico a todos que no me he aislado,sino que me disfruto y me quiero mas,que si me llaman ahí estaré si no es que tengo algo mejor que hacer para mi beneficio.

muchos me han tildado en estos tiempo de amargada y un poquito egoísta,cuando realmente me siento mas feliz y mas complacida conmigo misma.

Si cada ser humano seria capaz der ver sus necesidades primeros, de dar prioridad a su satisfacción personal,no estaríamos siendo egoístas,estaríamos contribuyendo a tener mejores personas física y mentalmente y nos llevaríamos menos decepciones de la vida,

Porque cuando vivimos en función de dar prioridad a los demás,nos sentimos necesarios,imprescindibles y sobre todos útil,perdemos salud,tiempo sin embargo te vas dando cuenta con el paso del tiempo y con acciones que en muchos casos mas que útil somos utilizados.

Nunca seras capaz de cuidar a los demás sino no te cuidas primero
