A few decades ago in Venezuela, there was an important contribution of architecture, due to a stable economy, and with the opening of a country to the outside, it was allowed to develop many projects, which allowed a better structuring of the cities, with buildings that mostly housed financial and commercial institutions.

For this occasion I show 3 architectural structures, which were built during the 90's, and although it is already a few years old, it is still part of these modern buildings, which were in charge of a whole group of important Venezuelan architects, who built much of the architectural projects in this area, where the 3 buildings are located, La Castellana, Chacao municipality, Miranda state - Venezuela. And so we can appreciate the first building, which has the name of La Castellana tower, and currently functions as a space for financial institutions.

Hace unas décadas en Venezuela, hubo una importante contribución de la arquitectura, debido a una economía estable, y con la apertura de un país hacia el exterior, se permitió que se desarrolla muchos proyectos, que permitieran una mejor estructuración de las ciudades, con edificaciones que en su mayoría, albergaba instituciones financieras y comerciales.

Para esta ocasión muestro 3 estructuras arquitectónicas, que se construyeron durante los años 90, y aunque ya tenga unos cuantos años, todavía forma parte de esas construcciones modernas, que estuvieron a cargo de todo un grupo de importantes arquitectos venezolanos, quienes edificaron gran parte de los proyectos arquitectónicos de esta zona, donde se encuentra los 3 edificios, La Castellana, municipio Chacao, estado Miranda - Venezuela. Y así como podemos apreciar la primera edificación, que tiene nombre como torre La Castellana, y actualmente funciona como un espacio para las entidades financieras.

Continuing with this compilation of buildings, which are located in the same area, a few meters between them, because the La Castellana sector, became a very important place for real estate investment, because you can see a lot of buildings of great importance, even those buildings that are currently being executed, although in Venezuela had some years of reception, where almost no works were being done, but are already reactivating some projects of great importance to the country.

The Bancaracas tower, or as it is also known as Plaza La Castellana tower, was planned and designed by a group of associated Venezuelan architects, among whom were Andrés Makowski, José Vera, Andrès Goldberg, Iván Medina and Guillermo Rivas, all worked on this design in 1993, so that later in 1998 this construction of about 8500 m2, consisting mainly of offices for financial and commercial use, was completed.

Personally, I love this design, because it contrasts the use of various materials perfectly in harmony, giving a very striking and beautiful appearance, as well as you can see a good foundation in its construction and care of it, having already more than 20 years of having been built.

Siguiendo con este compilado de edificios, que se encuentra en una misma zona, a poco metros entre ellos, debido a que el sector La Castellana, se convirtió en un lugar muy importante, para la inversión inmobiliaria, por que se puede apreciar una gran cantidad de construcciones de gran importancia, incluso de esas construcciones que en este momento se están ejecutando, a pesar de que en Venezuela tuvo algunos años de recepción, donde casi no se estaban haciendo obras, pero ya se estan reactivando algunos proyectos de suma importancia para el país.

La torre Bancaracas, o como también es conocido como torre Plaza La Castellana, fue planificado y diseñado por un conjunto de arquitectos venezolanos asociados, entre quienes figuraban Andrés Makowski, José Vera, Andrès Goldberg, Iván Medina y Guillermo Rivas, todos trabajaron en este diseño en 1993, para que luego en 1998 se finalizará dicha construcción de unos 8500 m2, constituidos principalmente por oficinas de uso financiero y comercial.

En lo personal, me encanta este diseño, porque se contraste la utilización de varios materiales perfectamente en armonía, dando así un aspecto muy llamativo y hermoso, así como se puede apreciar unas buenas bases en su construcción y eo cuidado del mismo, al ya tener más de 20 años de haber sido construido.

And literally a few steps away, we find this building called Letonia center, which caught my attention for its peculiar design, built in 1996, under the design of architects Tony Mas Lara and Manuel Fuentes, who planned the design based on a plot of land a little more than 6000 m2, to then have a total of 50,000 m2 of construction, where they established a large number of offices for financial use, banking institutions and also with certain commercial establishments.

This is how I conclude this compilation, with the sample of 3 buildings of a modern style, but that already have more than 20 years since they were built, and despite having passed some crises continued to function, apart from the good maintenance and of course the fact that they were well built, thanks to those architects and engineers of a time of the country, where even came to import many of those architects and engineers for the architectural contribution in other countries. Y a unos pocos pasos literalmente, nos encontramos con este edificio que se llama centro Letonia, que me llamó mucho la atención por su peculiar diseño, construido en 1996, bajo el diseño de los arquitectos Tony Mas Lara y Manuel Fuentes, quienes planificaron el diseño en base de una parcela un poco más de 6000 m2, para luego tener un total de 50000 m2 de construcción, donde se establecieron una gran cantidad de oficinas de uso financiero, de entidades bancarias y también con ciertos establecimientos comerciales.

Es así como concluyo con esta compilación, con la muestra de 3 edificios de un estilo moderno, pero que ya tienen más de 20 años desde que se construyeron, y a pesar de haber pasado algunas crisis siguieron funcionando, a parte del buen matenimento y por supuesto del hecho que fueron bien construido, gracias a esos arquitectos e ingenieros de una época del país, donde hasta se llegó a importar muchos de esos arquitectos e ingenieros para la contribución arquitectónica en otros países.
