No se si México sea realmente un país al que se pueda ir de vacaciones, las personas que son realmente viajeras y se adentras a cada una de las ciudades para conocer como es la cultura, la comida y la población, se dará cuenta que se han perdido muchas tradiciones y lenguajes por la discriminación y el rasismo entre los mismos mexicanos y sobre todo, de la pobreza y las condiciones inhumanas en las que vive un alto porcentaje de los mexicanos. El mural que voy a publicar a continuación, es uno de los que más me gusto, porque para mi, habla de las raíces indigenas que aun quedan en el país y el como a través de muchos años han subsistido gracias al campo y las cosas preciosas que da, como el maíz.

The mural that I am going to publish next is one of the ones that I like the most, because for me, it speaks of the indigenous roots that still remain in the country and how through many years they have survived thanks to the countryside and precious things. that gives, like corn.

Las playas en México son maravillosas, si alguno de ustedes ha ido a las de Puerto Escondido, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta o Oaxaca, no negara que quedo enamorado y no solo de las playa, si no también por el clima y la temperatura del mar. Recuerdo cuando fui de viaje a Portugal y me quise meter al mar, evidentemente fue imposible, el agua estaba helada. Pero cuando viajo a las playas de México y sobre todo a las de Cancun, puedo estar horas en el mar, asoleándome o jugando cartas y tomando cerveza. Muchos extranjeros y europeos vienen a hoteles con todo incluido y se la pasan en los restaurantes, las albercas y la playa que queda enfrente del hotel. Evidentemente, tienen una imagen errónea de lo que es México, porque claro, si yo viajo a Francia y me quedo en un hotel todo incluido y no salgo a conocer más allá de la zona turística, jamas sabré lo que realmente es Francia. Pero a los turistas parece no importarles mucho conocer la cultura y tradiciones, solo quieren venir a relajarse y pasarla bien unos días antes de regresar al estrés de sus trabajos y no los culpo, a veces sales de tu zona de confort para despejarte y no pensar en otra cosa más que en cerveza.

Many foreigners and Europeans come to all-inclusive hotels and spend their time in the restaurants, pools and the beach in front of the hotel. Obviously, they have a wrong image of what Mexico is, because of course, if I travel to France and stay in an all-inclusive hotel and don't get to know more than the tourist area, I will never know what France really is. But tourists do not seem to care much about the culture and traditions, they just want to come and relax and have a good time for a few days before returning to the stress of their jobs and I don't blame them, sometimes you leave your comfort zone to clear your mind and not think on something other than beer.

Otra de las mejores cosas que se pierden los turistas al llegar a hoteles todo incluido, es la comida mexicana, que para mí, es la más rica. Es comida muy condimentada y con sabores muy fuertes, que a muchas personas se les hara extraña o a otros no les gustara, pero a las personas que han venido de otros países, me han comentado que les encanta y que aman las tortillas de maíz, porque para los que no lo saben, casi todos los platillos típicos llevan tortillas de maíz. En la foto de arriba, pueden observar que pintaron un mural con pura comida típica mexicana, como el mole poblano, los chiles en nogada (este platillo solo lo hacen algunos meses al año), sopa de frijoles con crema y chiles y por último, una tabla con jitomates picados, este no es un platillo, pero representa uno de los ingredientes que se usa en la mayoría de las comidas.

Representan la cultura y las tradiciones de México, una muy buena idea para que no nos olvidemos de las cosas que nos formaron y con las que crecimos, como el campo, las recetas de comida que han pasado de generación en generación, la mano trabajadora que nos da semillas para poder seguir disfrutando las deliciosas tortillas de maíz blanco y azul y también la representación de las fiestas, porque estas también llevan toda una historia. El niño que aparece con una mascara de un animal, representa a aquellos animales que nos han dado alimento por años cuando no había que comer. Se hacen muchas fiestas y más en el estado de Oaxaca, de personas bailando con mascaras de animales, se podría decir que es un ritual en agradecimiento a los animales que han dado su vida por darle alimento al ser humano o quizás no su vida, pero si materias como la leche y el huevo.

Miren a los niños en el campo con los animales, este mural nos haría pensar que hay mucho respeto a los animales ¿no creen?, pero eso si no existe en México y es de las cosas que más me enojan. Voy a generalizar aunque se que esta mal, pero el mexicano no tiene la cultura ni el respeto para tener animales, ya lo he escrito en otros post, pero todos los días que voy manejando, me voy peleando con las personas y los coches, porque veo que les lanzan piedras a los perros o los coches al ver que un animal esta cruzando la calle, no se para y espera a que pase, si no que, les avientan los coches. Es muy triste, tanto así, que es de las primeras razones por la que me iría a vivir a otro país. Las personas están tan maltratadas, resentidas y son tan ignorantes que necesitan abusar de los que no se pueden defender. Cambiando de tema, en el siguiente mural pueden apreciar nuevamente a un niño, con una mascara de animal, tocando una flauta. La flauta es muy conocida aquí en México, en la mayoría de las escuelas hay una clase que se llama "musica" y ahí les enseñan a todos los niños a tocarla, yo aun me sigo acordando de dos o tres canciones, me encantaba esa clase.

People are so abused, resentful and ignorant that they need to abuse those who cannot defend themselves. Después de una larga caminata en las calles de San Adrés Cholula, para tomarle fotos a los nuevos murales, fui a "los arcos" De San Pedro cholula a tomar un cafe y comer churros, con una amiga, mi hermana y mi sobrina. Desde hace días teníamos mucho antojo de ir a la "churrería" a comer unos churros deliciosos que pueden ir rellenos de cajeta, lechera, nutella y acompañados de helado de vainilla, chocolate o fresa. Es comida muy gorda y rica, que debes en cuando no te hace daño, pero es como comer una bomba de azúcar. Mi amiga y yo nos reiamos porque pedimos churros rellenos con helado y mi hermana y mi sobrina, más decentes, pidieron churros normales. No solo la comida es rica, su no, también el lugar es muy agradable, esta al aire libre y puedes llevar a tus mascotas. Ese día lleve a mi perra Noia conmigo, de mis cuatro perros la elegí a ella porque es la más viejita y le encanta salir de la casa para ir a pasear. Tengo que aceptar que lo único que no me gusta de ir a "los arcos", es que pasan muchas personas de muy escasos recursos, vendiendo cosas y no a todos les puedo comprar ni dar dinero, por lo que es muy triste tenerles que decir que no y si insisten mucho, ignorarlos para que se vayan.

I have to accept that the only thing I don't like about going to "the arches" is that many people with very limited resources pass by, selling things and I can't buy or give money to all of them, so it's very sad to have to say no and if they insist a lot, ignore them so they leave.

No les platique, pero "los arcos" De San Pedro Cholula, se podría decir que es una calle o avenida grande en donde hay varios arcos literalmente y entre ellos algunos restaurantes o cafeterias. No solo encuentras eso, pasando los arcos hay un parque muy grande y muy lindo en donde puedes caminar y pasear a tus perros, si te adentras más, encuentras arboles con muchas ardillas, juegos para niños y puestos de artesanías mexicanas y dulces típicos poblanos. Si alguna ves visitan puebla y no saben que recuerdo llevarle a sus familias, San Pedro cholula es una muy buena zona para encontrar artesanías como alebrijes, bolsas bordadas a mano, blusas bordadas, jaguares pintados a mano, pulseras y muchas otras cosas. Ir a comer aquí es un muy buen plan para cambiar de espacio, ya que, siempre que me veo con mis amigas, vamos a algún restaurante o comemos en mi casa y aquí estas al aire libre, puedes caminar e ir a darle de comer a las ardillas que están esperándote ansiosas en los arboles para que les des comida.

¿Ya vieron lo lindo que es?, a todos mis amigos cuando vienen a conocer puebla, les digo que vayan a los arcos, si no es a comer, por lo menos por un cafe y un pastel o un churro de cajeta. Realmente vale la pena conocerlo y estar ahi un buen rato. Como pueden ver, pasando el parque hay varios restaurantes y un oxxo, ahí también es rico comer y no te puedes de la comida mexicana, una vez probe un pozole y estaba muy bueno. Del otro lado de la calle, hay una iglesia muy linda, la verdad es que nunca he entrado o si lo he echo fue hace mucho tiempo y no lo recuerdo, pero por fuera se ve muy linda y hace que los arcos se vean aun más llamativos. En medio del parque hay una escultura rodeada por pasto, que es la favorita de los perros, les encanta entrar ahí a hacer caca y pipi. Realmente México es un país muy bonito, pero al gobierno parece ser que no le interesa mantenerlo en buen estado, como pueden ver, a muchos de los arcos les falta pintura roja.
