En fin hace mucho pude viajar a la capital y vi muchos cambios, visite mi familia, etc. Pero volví, con inter y todo jajajaja. En este lugar todo lleva movimiento, nada es estático y todo se sujeta al cambio. Posiblemente su magnificencia fue afectada con el paso del tiempo.
Aun así...
La amo. Aquí nací, crecí y por sobre todo me ilustré...
Tiene su gran historia, desde mucho antes de Losada y mucho después Bolívar.
Sus calles representan un espacio poco usual. La bulla, las cornetas y llamado "Bululu" es un encanto que en ocasiones puede llegar a aturdir. Pero creo que su urbanismo es lo que me arrulla por las noches.
Sus avenidas tienen un estilo euro americano, su vulgaridad y excentricidad va mucho más allá de las reglas sociales. Y su subterráneo, siempre he dicho que si quieres una experiencia fuera de serie, ve al fulano "metro". La experiencia de ir en los vagones es inolvidable, pues en cada rincón hay una historia y una lección por entender.
La cultura del nacido de este valle es muy cálida y en ocasiones demasiado coloquial...
Nuestra identidad se basa en el "vinotinto" y más que un equipo hablo del color. Es fácil identificarnos porque hasta la forma de comportarnos nos delata con nuestros camaradas...
Pero saben una cosa...
Todo aquello que amo de esta indiscutible capital se encuentra en un sitio llamado "Ávila", este imponente reverdecer amurallado es su máximo icono natural. Aquí es donde me siento aún más en casa que nunca, puedo sentir la ciudad desde cierta altitud, verla, escuchar y me siento en calma. Y le recomendaría a todo aquel que suba a este sitio...
Observen, vean y esperen a que caiga la noche. Busquen el mirador de su preferencia y vean esas estrellas sintéticas que iluminan las calles y avenidas, los hogares y locales...
Vean que tan poca cosa puede ser algo tan concurrido desde la lejanía. Disfruten de ese momento, solos o en compañía...
Y así, mirando directamente al león podrán entender mi amor por su tierra...
No diré que es la joya de mi país, no diré que aquí nace lo mejor de lo mejor... Cada pedacito de tierra de Venezuela en una joya única e irremplazable, pero como este lugar, como me siento en él y como respiro ahí... No lo hago en otro sitio...
Para ti Santiago de León porque me viste nacer, crecer, caer y levantarme. Te amo...
