Dentro del aprendizaje cooperativo se encuentra otro método de trabajo que beneficia mucho en cuanto a conocimientos se refiere, este tiene por nombre grupos base. Es allí donde se pone en práctica el hacer y conocer para lograr un fin en común que es alcanzar los objetivos previstos.

Estos grupos están conformados generalmente por cuatro integrantes, los cuales a cada uno se les da una delegación dentro de el, donde se debe cumplir una función en cada clase. Casi siempre cada grupo esta comandado por un delegado. El cual hará que todos trabajen unidos, dándose apoyo conjuntamente, si se presenta alguna duda deberán solucionar juntos. Cada dia desempeñaran una labor como por ejemplo. Organizar el aula, entre muchas mas que ira designando el docente.

También es indispensable tener un pequeño tiempo o espacio para conversar y compartir anécdotas dentro del grupo. Esto permitirá que se involucren unos a los otros, pero sobre todo aquel que no se relacione, le ayudara a desenvolverse y dejar atrás la timidez.

Cada vez que se sugiera un tema para trabajar se pueden formar grupos base. Se desarrollaran diversas actividades de estrategia, análisis, y en algunas se pondrá a prueba la rapidez y el pensamiento. Pero nada de esto será posible sino se aprende a trabajar juntos como uno solo, un propósito, un planteamiento y un fin en común.
Each time a topic is suggested to work on, base groups can be formed. Various activities of strategy, analysis, and in some of them, speed and thinking will be tested. But none of this will be possible without learning to work together as one, with a common purpose, approach and goal.
El docente debe diseñar sus respectivas planificaciones, su trabajo impartir y promover la solución en grupo. Fomentar el aprendizaje cooperativo dentro de este, dándole las herramientas necesarias para que cada niño la tome y comparta lo aprendido. Siempre es importante que el grupo se mantenga positivo y listo para enfrentar cualquier tarea que se presente.
The teacher must design their respective schedules, their work impacts, and promote the group solution. Encourage cooperative learning within the group, giving the necessary tools for each child to take and share what they have learned. It is always important that the group remains positive and ready to face any task that arises.
