Hola hoy hablaremos de un tema que como enfermeros, estudiantes, pasantes o personal que labore en alguna unidad médica independientemente del cargo que se ejerza debemos conocer, ya que en cualquier institución de salud a nivel mundial, nacional o local se utilizan. Hablamos de los Códigos hospitalarios, muchas veces cuando estamos en un hospital hemos escuchado código rojo, azul, negro entre otros. Púes debes saber que se utilizan en cualquier momento, donde se necesite informa y actuar para resguardar la vida de una persona, y a su vez conservar la mayor calma posible entre los pacientes y personas que se encuentren en la unidad.
Hello, today we will talk about a topic that as nurses, students, interns or staff working in any medical unit regardless of the position that is exercised we should know, since in any health institution worldwide, nationally or locally are used. We are talking about Hospital Codes, many times when we are in a hospital we have heard code red, blue, black among others. So you should know that they are used at any time, where it is necessary to inform and act to protect the life of a person, and in turn preserve the greatest possible calm among patients and people who are in the unit.
Los códigos son universales sin embargo en algunos hospitales se pueden manejar de diferente colores o palabras ejemplo: código fuga, niño, rosa entre otros, esta variación tiene que ver con el hospital o la unidad médica hoy hablaremos de los códigos universales o homologados que se utilizan a nivel mundial, en la imagen a continuación tendrás cada uno de ellos.

Un código que es muy utilizado, pero no está en la imagen anterior y considero que debes saber, es el Código fucsia que nos activa el protocolo de atención para una víctima que haya sufrido violencia sexual. Recuerda que es importante saberlos para asi estar en contexto y saber cómo actuar cuando se presente un código.
