It took me a while to realize another of my favorite quotes because I have written about this topic before. If you miss it you can read. What I stated here sincerely are my favorite quotes and I didn't want to repeat it and it might seem like a recycled content.
However I still have another favorite quote stuck in my head which says "Overthinking doesn't solve problems".
In my country, a musician used these words to make his song and yes sincerely speaking overthinking doesn't stop problems, action does.
You know what thinking does?
It steals away your joy and puts fear and low self-esteem. The time you would use to find a solution for action towards that problem, thinking makes the problem look bigger than it appears.
Yeah we are humans and we like to think that's not bad but overthinking and letting the situation or problem get hold of you that's when it's bad.
People fall into depression or even have sickness like High Blood pressure, mental or heart sickness because of over thinking. My mum will always tell us " There's nothing under this earth that doesn't have a solution except death". A dead man can't change anything but a man alive still has hope. She always says this whenever I am worried about something.
I also noticed the moment I don't let my problem hold me, the solution comes very fast.
