The 7th round of the writing contest is over and it is time to choose the winner. The topic was How I came to Ecency/Hive
The entry stories for this round were very inspiring and motivational. Those stories showed different sides of Hive/Ecency: blogging front end, the place to learn, the place to share, the place to earn, the place to find friends, etc. Most people found Hive/Ecency as a blogging platform. And some people were looking for a passive income.
Most people came to HIVE/Ecency thanks to their friends. And it shows how important friendship and community are. Not everyone was hooked here from the very beginning. There are those who looked in and closed the window. But after a while, they came back. Some found it hard to figure out what is what the first time. And they were helped by friends and the community.
