For a start, she is standing in front of donor plaques - all these donors are huge Zionists!
But more to the point, notice who she thanks - she mentions some doctors by name and then "all the Arab doctors."
No thank you to the state of Israel, either, who graciously allowed him to be treated at Hadassah hospital with VIP treatment.
