If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read [Yes, off to an additional routine](https://ecency.com/hive-193552/@anlifit/actifit-anlifit-20240301t094125057z) I want to blame it on the coffee. If caffeine really does take 20 hours to leave the body, then it was the one, solitary coffee that was so delicious yesterday morning and was also noticeably good for me at the time. Or so I thought. Well then, the hourly statistics show how I reached for the device again every few hours. Because I had repeatedly fallen well asleep over my podcast and, when I lay awake again, had turned it back on for a few minutes to listen again. I actually got up around half past eight, again before my alarm clock, which I had set for an appointment at 10am. At this I sat with hot water and took my first magnesium and vitamin C again. Shortly after 11 a.m. I said goodbye, switched to another, more relaxed appointment and drank my fresh, hot lemon in the meantime. The casual meeting turned into a serious conversation. I was happy with how it turned out, because I had the impression it was worth it. Afterwards, I was intellectually exhausted and glad that my kids showed understanding for a moment's rest. A little later, my son joined me and we had our first meal together. Of course, I also took my nutritional supplements. After numerous errands and arrangements, I disappeared into another appointment in the evening. Beforehand, I had my dinner while standing and talking lively with my spouse. Afterwards, I had an appetite for several apples and immediately took my second magnesium. Then I left for an errand before nine o'clock and am now house-sitting overnight again. This time, however, I'm not getting as old as last week. I'm sitting alone at my PC with a glass of water and have already brushed my teeth for the night on purpose. I still have a few hours of work to do, but I'm going to concentrate on it and I'm already looking forward to falling into bed. Wenn Koffein tatsächlich 20 Stunden braucht, um wieder aus dem Körper zu sein, dann war es der eine, einsame Kaffee, der gestern Vormittag so lecker war und mir zu der Zeit auch merklich gut tat. Hatte ich gedacht. Nun denn, in der Stundenstatistik ist sichtbar, wie ich alle par Stunden wieder zum Gerät griff. Denn ich war über meinen Podcast wiederholt gut eingeschlafen und hatte, als ich wieder wach lag, ein paar Minuten darin zurückgesetzt, um erneut zu lauschen. Tatsächlich aufgestanden bin ich dann gegen halb neun, und zwar wieder noch vor dem Wecker, den ich mir für eine Verabredung um 10 Uhr gestellt hatte. Bei dieser saß ich dann mit heißem Wasser und hatte mein erstes Magnesium und Vitamin-C wieder genommen. Kurz nach 11 Uhr verabschiedete ich mich, wechselte in eine andere, lockere Verabredung, und trank während dessen meine frische, heiße Zitrone. Die so lockere Verabredung entwickelte sich in ein ernstes Gespräch. Ich war froh, wie es sich entwickelte, denn ich hab den Eindruck es hat sich gelohnt. Anschließend war ich intellektuell doch recht erschöpft und froh, dass meine Kids doch Verständnis zeigten für noch einen Moment Ruhe. Wenig später gesellte sich mein Sohn zu mir und wir hatten eine erste Mahlzeit zusammen. Dazu nahm ich selbstverständlich meine NEMs. Nach zahlreichen Erledigungen und Absprachen verschwand ich am Abend nochmal in eine Verabredung. Vorher hatte ich mein Abendessen im Stehen, während ich lebhaft mit meinem Gespons sprach. Und nachher hatte ich noch Appetit auf mehrere Äpfel und nahm sogleich auch mein zweites Magnesium. Dann brach ich auf für eine Erledigung noch vor neun Uhr und bin nun wieder über Nacht zu einem Haussitting. Diesmal werde ich jedoch nicht so alt, wie vergangene Woche. Ich sitze mit einem Glas Wasser allein am PC und habe meine Zähne absichtlich schon für die Nacht geputzt. Ein paar Stunden Arbeit habe ich zwar noch, doch die werde ich nun konzentriert erledigen und freue mich schon, mich ins Bett fallen zu lassen.
