Hi Everyone,
The highly anticipated Riftwatchers pack from Splinterlands is finally here! After a hectic pre-sale, the pack opening is finally here! I missed out the pre-sale but was lucky to be included with a pool as they have spare space so I'm grateful to be part of this whole thing. I ended up supposedly having 300 packs but due to some issues when the presale happened in our pool, we will be getting our bonus packs at a later date. In the meantime, I have decided to open 20 packs first until the airdrop cards are dropped ie meaning they are added in packs open once they are added.
Making sure I have all the potions I need, I haven't been opening Chaos Legion packs often as potions are sometimes hard to gain considering how many packs we can potentially open in the future. So I'm ready! I even asked my little ones to open it so as they love the thrill of getting to see when cards turn to gold or even better, when getting a legendary, the card begins to shake.
We got a normal foil legendary, a few gold commons, and epics but the one we didn't expect was getting a gold foil legendary! SCREAM! Yes the kids were screaming!! I was shocked, I don't even recall getting a GFL in just opening 20 packs so it's a huge win for us. The kids wanted to open more but told them we shall wait for the airdrop cards first and then continue. These RW cards are holding up their prices very well as there are fewer cards in circulation and some of them are super useful to build on.
