Good day Splinter friends here we are again for this exciting Challenge in our favorite game. For this week our challenge ruleset is resurrect.
During the early days only Runi was able to use this ability ,but as updates came they included it in the battle rulesets that allows every one to experience it.
Here are also the other conditions for the battle I'm featuring.
Having only three elements available , and only a 21 mana to play with. I was able to narrow down the possible picks of my opponent. In this cases many low mana monsters with poison appears so I went on my favorite pick .
MY LINE UP
Good thing this new Soulbound Summoners enables us to use powerful Gladius cards. I put Marksrat as a tank, to be the main target so that it's martyr ability will be used twice because of resurrect. This will benefit Quora , doubling her damage in the process.
BATTLE HIGHLIGHTS
Just in the first round , a hit by quora immediately eliminated exploding rats , activating her bloodlust. Also in the process the redemption ability of exploding rat was activated upon death. This iliminated my marksrat and my Quora gained another buff from martyr ability of marksrat.
In the forth round my Marsksrat was fully eliminated , i'ts resurrect was all used up . In exchange my Quora now has a Total of 10 damage. Dr. Blight would have been a big threat , with his scavenged he was able to accumulate lots of HP due to multiple deaths and resurrects. Also his affliction ability could have easily disabled Quora, but thats the beauty of this Level 3 Quora, she now have the ability Immune giving poison and affliction for Blight useless.
On the fifth round the opponent was still trying to fight back, but his damage is not enough for the heal that Quora is doing. Even with a lot of health, I was able to wither the Antoid Platoon, leaving Blight the only threat. But even him is not already a threat since his abilities are all useless to my Immune Equipped Quora.
On the 15th round the result is very clear, they both have a lot of health . But its a clear victory ,with Quora having a heal and Dr. Blight's abilities all useless. It's just a matter of time until Blight's health is all depleted.
Tips for this ruleset.
- Scavenger ability goes well with this ability , the loop between death and resurrects stacks up a large amount of health to the skill wielders.
- Martyr skilled units is mostly seen used in this ruleset, the multiple elimination of the martyr Units gives buff to monsters around it twice . This allows the affected units to be more useful on the remainder of the battle.
- This ruleset is also good for tanks with Void Armor, because even if it will only have one health upon resurrection all his armor will be regenerated to its original form.
This are just some of the pointer, I know there are a lot of utilities for this ruleset. So watch out for other players post about this weeks' battle challenge ,a newbie like me will surely learn a lot from those shared battles.
