Pero la respuesta es afirmativa el helado queda una delicia, ideal para una tarde calurosa o simplemente disfrutarlo en la merienda. Al estar la leche caliente incorporamos la avena en hojuelas; apagamos el fuego y removemos hasta integrar. Dejamos reposar por unos minutos hasta que la mezcla enfríe. (Estos paso es para hidratar las hojuelas y nos quede un helado sumamente cremoso). >We are going to start our preparation by adding the milk to a pot, turn on the heat and let it heat over low heat.
