Hello all Splinterlands friends,
Today I would like to share you here the battles with Kulu Mastermind - another monster with Weapon training. He is very powerful even in level 1 with high speed, high damage, and high health.
Currently, only 11429 BCXs are in circulation. I'm very lucky to have him in my deck.
These are my strategies to use him in the battle
- With his high mana requirement, he is suitable for a high mana cap battle
- Can combine him with Noa the Just to become a Water combo in which Noa the Just will be the tank and Kulu in the 2nd position

The battle rule
- 46 mana cap
- Rule set - Melee Mayhem and Ferocity
- Only Fire/Water/Life splinters can be used
With this, I decided to test my above strategy and use all melee monsters to utilize the Melee Mayhem rule.
My lineup

| 4th position |  | Deeplurker - he can kill the low health monster with his Opportunity ability |
| 5th position |  | Coastal Sentry - she is my main attack dealer in this line up with Double Strike |
| 6th position |  | Gargoya Lion - to have a high chance to evade the attacks from monsters with Sneak ability with his Flying ability |
The battle
Round 1
- As expected, my opponent lineup also has most of melee attack monsters except Fire Elemental and Djinn Apprentice.
- Rust ability from Joa the Just reduced the armors of Living Lava, Disintegrator and Elven Defender
- Most of the opponent's monsters have very low speed so I had a big advantage by dealing the attacks first.
- Kulu Mastermind can easily kill Fire Elemental with only 1 hit
- Living Lava was killed without dealing any attack 😁
Round 2
- Tenyii Striker and Disintegrator were eliminated easily. They also didn't have any chance to deal any attack
- After that Djinn Apprentice was also faded out.
Round 3
- Only Elven Defender stood on the board and he could not defend longer and took a good rest.
I see the combination of Noa the Just and Kulu Mastermind will be a my new meta for melee attack and high mana battle.
