So I reached Silver 1 today with this battle:
I've got lucky with my matches and was able to complete the daily quest right away. My last matchup that completed the daily quest was right after I reached Silver I! These are the items in the Loot Chest:
As advised, I spent some of my DEC on cards which might have helped me climb the ranks so far. I'm now aiming for Gold III!
