I usually use the Rare Life Monster Vulguine only on Battles with one or more of the following: 🤓
- Equalizer Rule
- Noxious Fumes Rule
- Little League Rule
- Equal Opportunity, Super Sneak, and/or Melee Mayhem Rule (where Vulguine hides behind Monsters with the Taunt Ability)
- low Mana Cap
