At this week's Social Media Challenge my choice was to do a Splinterfest Recap, so everyone that missed any news can catch up.😉
We'll talk about a lot of the news that were showed at the event like Battle 2.0, Lands UI/UX, the new collection Rebellion and much more... At the end of the post we'll have a big GIVEAWAY of 4x Cards. 😁
A little piece of curiosity is that the #Splinterfest was trending during the period of the event at the twitter. You can check it at @Goldmatters_
✨ MAIN NEWS ✨
Lands
One of the updates that a lot of Splinterlands players are waiting for it the LANDS. At the Splinterfest they showed us a Demo of the Land UI/UX. It'll have a world map of Praetoria where you have some filters to chose and you're able to change the world view too. You can then go to a Settlement after selecting one at the map and inside it you'll get to see the plots. Each plot has it's own details, that can be the resource, the building, rarity and its type. After seeing all the development they did we can expect the best in my opinion. 😉
Battles 2.0
The battle we all knew is going to change and evolve into its new version 2.0. In this new version we'll have an animation and sound effect at each monster. Also, the monster filters seems to be intuitive. Finally, there is a new animation when you finish to select your team and click battle. The voices and animation seems amazing! 😮
Rebellion
Look at this new style of the cards! If they showed you, won't you think is from an AAA card game? The card give a professional and clean vibe right? The focus is at the Character while it is giving value to small details like the XP bar, the Bubble status, the graphic background.
Now at my last Battle Challenge I talked about a news where the team said it is possible for them to burn the remaining Chaos Legion packs. Maybe another reason to do that is to bring Rebellion faster into the game, because It'll be a game changer in terms of card design and I think that it'll bring at least some people interested in the artwork.
Neutral Summoner
Everyone that purchased the splinterfest ticket will receive a Title and a reservatoin+discount at the new Legendary Promo Card. It was revealed that the card is a summoner, but not a normal one, it'll be a NEUTRAL SUMMONER, something completely new and unique. This summoner will be called Lux Vega, have 5 mana and is status gives to all ally monsters +1 shield +1 speed and +1 health. It'll be useful with any card, because this status bonus is useful for any card. 😁
👀 SHORT NEWS 👀
Player Avatars
The team is creating new options of Battle Mages for us to choose from that is much more detailed and well made. You'll be able to customize it to represent you better. Also we'll be able to pick one of other races than the current ones, for example a dwarf.
Splinterlands Cutthroat
At this splinterfest the Splinterlands Team showed that they are looking at splinterlands far more than just a game they are doind a lot more with it. An example is that they are making a Digital Comic which the Issue 1 is for Q4. Will it be a nft? Will we be able to buy it with tokens? A lot of questions...
Splinterlands RPG
Here the Splinterlands team showed that they are also working to develop a Role Play Game (RPG). At the event they showed the Starter pack that will include: 3x Character Backgrounds ; 6x Sub-Classes; 3x Magical Items; 4x Spells; 2x Feats; and 5x Pre-made Characters
Manasurge
Another new project of the team is a Physical card game called Manasurge. It'll be a casual card game to be used at a party with friend (2-8). This game will be for all ages, so play with everyone! Who would like to play it and where would you do it? 🎲
Tower Defense
Finally, the last short news is about the Tower Defense. At the event they showed how the development of their new game Splinterlands Tower Defense is going. We could see the tower's attack, the enemy troops walking, very nice. 😄

✨ NOTÍCIAS PRINCIPAIS ✨
Lands
Uma das atualizações que muitos jogadores de Splinterlands estão esperando é das LANDS. No Splinterfest eles nos mostraram uma Demo da Land UI/UX. Terá um mapa-múndi de Praetoria, onde você tem alguns filtros para escolher e também pode alterar a visão do mundo. Você pode ir para um Assentamento depois de selecionar um no mapa e dentro dele você verá os plots. Cada plot tem seus próprios detalhes, que podem ser o recurso, a construção, a raridade e seu tipo. Depois de ver todo o desenvolvimento que eles fizeram, podemos esperar o melhor na minha opinião. 😉
Battles 2.0
A batalha que estamos acostumados vai mudar e evoluir para sua nova versão 2.0. Nesta nova versão teremos uma animação e um efeito sonoro para cada carta. Além disso, os filtros de monstros parecem estar mais intuitivos. Por fim, há uma nova animação quando você termina de selecionar seu time e clica em batalha. As vozes e animação parecem incríveis! 😮
Rebellion
Olha esse novo estilo das cartas! Se eles te mostrassem, você não acha que é de um jogo de cartas AAA? A carta dá uma vibe profissional e clean né? O foco está no Personagem enquanto valoriza pequenos detalhes como a barra de XP, o status estilo bolha e o fundo estilo gráfico.
Agora no meu último Battle Challenge eu falei sobre uma notícia onde a equipe disse que é possível eles queimarem os pacotes restantes de Chaos Legion. Talvez outra razão para fazer isso seja trazer Rebellion mais rápido para o jogo, porque será um divisor de águas em termos de design de cartas e acho que trará pelo menos algumas pessoas interessadas na arte.

Neste splinterfest, a equipe do Splinterlands mostrou que eles estão olhando para splinterlands muito mais do que apenas um jogo, eles estão fazendo muito mais com ele. Um exemplo é que eles estão fazendo um Quadrinho Digital cuja 1ª edição está marcada para o quarto trimestre. Será um nft? Seremos capazes de comprá-lo com tokens? Muitas perguntas...
