Good morning. Thanks to @ecency-star for the invitation. This initiative is titled: "My inspiration", a very emotional topic because it works together with our feelings. I would love to invite @evev and @mercmarg to tell us a bit about their inspiration.

First I would like to break down a little bit the term inspiration, that beyond an action managed by our respiratory system, there is its stimulating character that leads us to create and promote ideas that can become great life projects. Inspiration is what drives an artist to develop great works of art, whether they are poems, paintings, sculptures, or a simple cooking recipe. But where does our source of inspiration come from? # In my case, I have many sources of inspiration, and they depend on what I want to execute at a given moment. For example, I have several inspirational muses when I go to write poetry, which is my passion, and they are different from those that inspire me to write the rest of the literary genres. I also have a source of inspiration to create cooking recipes, especially desserts, another to paint, another to create crafts, others to support those in need, and another to protect street animals. Inspiration varies according to the action, and in my case, I am too restless and I like to create in variety and constancy. To cook I am inspired by a delicious food that I want to learn to make, to paint almost always landscapes where the color blue predominates, and to help unprotected animals I am inspired by love, as simple as that.

Poetry is my greatest passion when I write, and what I am going to capture will always depend on my mood, on what I am living, what is happening, even if I am not living it, it can be part of someone else's story, even the first thing my eyes see at the moment I feel like writing can become my source of inspiration; the landscape, the weather, what surrounds me, the silence, a feeling, or the encounter of many feelings at the same time. Inspiration in poetry cannot be defined or pointed out, it arises in the moment and the pen is only carried away by what is reflected in our mind. # Some time ago I started several books that have not yet come out to the world, all of them are poems, reflections, phrases and thoughts... what comes to me, I capture it and it is recorded in these works. Two of them are called "My virtual diary" and "Phrases without destiny". All their content is inspired by moments and feelings. Short phrases of something that worries me or suddenly arises in my mind, I write it in those pages. # >> "Silence gives us many answers, we just have to know how to listen to it". >># >> "Please, with permission and thanks, they open many doors for you... humility, empathy and humanity, they open the sky for you". >># >> Ana Rivero Foucault - Phrases without destiny >># >> "... because every second of our lives has been as transcendental as life itself, and goes beyond the earthly... it is a connection of souls in freedom that goes beyond the visible, that is why no one will understand what makes it so unique, eternal and perfect. >># >> Ana Rivero Foucault - My virtual journal # As you can see, inspiration is born every day and at any time according to our mood and the moment we are living. Even objects are sources of inspiration, but yes, each object must be accompanied by a story and a deep feeling that makes it an inspiring muse.
