In the past I routinely check open market card prices to see if I can snatch some deals. This was way before peakmonsters had bid system in place and players had to manually search for card prices. Over time the prices of cards sore and it became a lot harder to find good deals as bots were able to spot prices worth buying.
Over time I lost track of card prices as I don’t watch markets as much. Today it’s been weeks if not months since I last check current market prices and it appears at minimum prices have flatline. I do think in time card prices will tend up but how high is anyones guess.
It’s nice to see that a full Chao max level set is trending in the right direction for the past few weeks.
However on a slightly less positive news is that the most recent set in Rebellion the cards prices remain in downward trend.
It’s nice to see that reward cards are flatline in prices too.
Worth wild to note if Dec was to get back to just par value then currently a set of chaos rewards would be valued much higher. This seems like a reasonable good bet long term as one holds cards instead of Dec while wait for Dec to appreciate in value.
Overall prices for cards remain on the low end but it does appear that some of the higher quantities of cards have prices flat to slight higher. To me I feel as long as supply is low there is a very good chance the card prices can easily moon up as the price separation among the cards is significant.
Even with the lower end of prices I won’t be buying more cards. This is mainly due to my lack of liquidity. Saving up for liquidity has gotten difficult and seeing cards prices relative to Dec had not be depreciating means prices are still reasonable above burn rates. The difference here is if demand rises the limited supply can help boost prices.
