I want to give a slightly more particular slant to my participation in the Great Splinterlands Social Media Challenge Contest, by telling you about a fact, or rather, about a couple of films that I saw recently, someone might think also ask...
But what do movies have to do with Splinterlands?!?!
I'll try to explain what went through my head...
I was telling you a little above about a couple of films I saw, without going too much into the history of both, let's say that they are The Beekeeper and One Hundred Sundays, in the 1st of the 2 a lady is deceived by telephone scammers, who they steal the password to access their bank accounts, completely emptying their contents, in the 2nd the protagonist is defrauded by the bank of the country where he lives, in both cases the two losing people make a drastic decision, they take their own lives.. .
Well, enough of the sadness, the connection with Splinterlands, in my humble opinion, is the following, I identified with what happened to those two people, having had my Splinterlands Playing Cards stolen, for an amount which was not negligible at the time that event happened, but my moment of confusion did not last long, of course, I cried, I despaired, I cursed and more, and I will never forget what happened to me, but I went ahead, helped wonderfully by my Edsf Guild mates, and tried to rebuild, in the best possible way, my Splinterlands Card Deck, to the point that I recently achieved what I consider to be my little dream for this platform of game...
The Return of the Champion Leagues
At this precise moment I am just above the 3,700 rating points, necessary for my stay in the lowest of the major Leagues, the Champion League III, but there are still several days left until the end of this new, pleasant season of play, so I think and I sincerely hope to consolidate my result, perhaps also trying, why not, a serious approach to the Champion League II, it really wouldn't be bad, given that I once reached 115th place in the overall ranking, a performance that is difficult to repeat, at present current situation, but no longer as unattainable as a few months ago, when I was covered in the Diamond Leagues...
Final Conclusions
From what I tried to tell you above, the advice I feel I can give to anyone approaching this great game called Splinterlands is to have fun and play with commitment, and set realistic game goals, to be pursued with tenacity. and consistency, without getting discouraged if the results are lower than our expectations, what matters is the path that we manage to follow, if a season of play has not lived up to our expectations, it may be that in the following one the results that we will achieve will be even greater, and move forward, always and in any case, because nothing must completely break us down, because we can always get back up from any adverse situation, as there is a remedy for everything...

Voglio dare un taglio un po' più particolare, a questa mia partecipazione al Grande Contest di Splinterlands Social Media Challenge, parlandovi di un fatto, o meglio, di un paio di film che ho visto recentemente, qualcuno si potrebbe anche chiedere...
Ma cosa c'entrano i film con Splinterlands?!?!
Cercherò di spiegarvi quello che mi è passato per la testa...
Vi dicevo poco sopra di un paio di film che ho visto, senza entrare troppo nella storia di entrambi, diciamo che si tratta di The Beekeeper e Cento Domeniche, nel 1° dei 2 una signora viene raggirata da truffatori telefonici, che le rubano la password di accesso ai propri conti bancari, svuotandone completamente i contenuti, nel 2° il protagonista viene truffato dalla banca del paese in cui vive, in entrambi i casi le due persone soccombenti prendono una drastica decisione, si tolgono la vita...
Bene, adesso basta con la tristezza, il collegamento con Splinterlands, a mio modesto avviso, è il seguente, mi sono immedesimato in quello che è accaduto a quelle due persone, avendo subito il furto delle mie Carte da gioco di Splinterlands, per un importo che non era trascurabile, all'epoca in cui è accaduto quel fatto, ma il mio momento di smarrimento è durato poco, certo, ho pianto, mi sono disperato, ho imprecato e altro ancora, e non dimenticherò mai quello che mi è successo, ma sono andato avanti, aiutato meravigliosamente dai miei compagni di Gilda Edsf, ed ho cercato di ricostruire, nella maniera migliore possibile, il mio Deck di Carte di Splinterlands, al punto tale che recentemente ho coronato quello che ritengo il mio piccolo sogno per questa piattaforma di gioco...
Il ritorno delle Leghe Campione
In questo preciso momento sono poco sopra ai 3,700 punti di rating, necessari per la mia permanenza nella più bassa delle Leghe maggiori, la Lega Campione III, ma ancora mancano diversi giorni al termine di questa nuova, piacevole Stagione di gioco, per cui penso e spero vivamente di consolidare il mio risultato magari provando anche, perché no, un serio approccio alla Lega Campione II, non sarebbe male davvero, visto e considerato che un tempo ero arrivato fino al 115° posto della classifica assoluta, prestazione difficilmente ripetibile, allo stato attuale delle cose, ma non più così irraggiungibile come qualche mese fa, quando ero insabbiato nelle Leghe Diamante...
Conclusioni finali
Da quanto ho cercato di raccontarvi poco sopra, il consiglio che sento di dare a chi si approccia a questo grande gioco che risponde al nome di Splinterlands è quello di divertirsi e giocare con impegno, e fissare degli obiettivi realistici di gioco, da perseguire con tenacia e costanza, senza avvilirsi se i risultati sono inferiori alle nostre aspettative, quello che conta è il percorso che si riesce a tenere, se una Stagione di gioco non è stata all'altezza delle nostre aspettative, può darsi che in quella successiva i risultati che otterremo saranno ancora maggiori, e andare avanti, sempre e comunque, perché nulla ci deve abbattere completamente, perché ci si può sempre rialzare da qualsiasi situazione avversa, in quanto a tutto c'è un rimedio...
