#Deutsch unter dem Bild -> jump there ## New toy I woke up alone. That means a lot. In any case, I'm enjoying having more time for myself. Yesterday I discovered a new toy that I'm looking forward to trying out today. It's a lime and lemon squeezer designed for small fruits (pictures 1 and 2). I love all the little things and details. And today I used it by simply cutting the large lemon I had into eighths and truly celebrated the squeezing process. It squirts a little. But that was just a sign that I hadn't squeezed it slowly enough. As I type this, I realize that I haven't even taken my first magnesium and vitamin C yet. But not too late, I'll get myself another glass of water now. And then it's a good time to brush my teeth. I'm enjoying it more and more these days, drinking the lemon first, letting some time pass and then enjoying my teeth smoothly after brushing. That's how it is, living with details. In the afternoon, I enjoyed a few games of chess with friends far away. Before I don't let you see any of it, here's an interesting scene. Remember: Don't move a bishop into a corner if a row of pawns can trap it there. Presumably out of desperation, an attack with a queen followed. But what is the most obvious move against it? (Picture 3 and 4) I ate while I was playing and took my supplements beforehand. Now here are a few notes over a cup of tea and then I'll get some physical activity for a few errands. And so the day passed. When I find my notes here the next day, that afternoon and evening seem like a blink of an eye. I actually attended two more community meetings, had another meal on my own and also took the second magnesium. Eating together was not compatible with the community meetings. I also had the impression that we still needed some distance from each other. Das bedeutet viel. Ich erfreue mich jedenfalls daran, noch weiter Zeit für mich zu haben. Dabei habe ich gestern ein neues Spielzeug entdeckt, dass ich heute gleich freudig ausprobiere. Es ist eine Limonen- und Zitronenpresse, die für kleine Früchte entworfen ist (Bild 1 und 2). Ich liebe alle kleinen Dinge und Details. Und hiermit habe ich heute die große Zitrone, die ich hatte, schlicht und ergreifend in Achtel geteilt und das Auspressen wahrhaft zelebriert. Es spritzt etwas. Doch das war mir nur Zeichen dafür, dass ich es nicht langsam genug zelebiert hatte. Als ich diese Zeilen tippe fällt mir auf, dass ich mein erstes Magnesium und Vitamin-C noch gar nicht genommen hatte. Doch nicht zu spät, ich werde mir jetzt dazu ein weiteres Glas Wasser besorgen. Und anschließend ist eine gute Zeit, meine Zähne zu putzen. Ich genieße es dieser Tage immer öffter, erst die Zitrone zu trinken, etwas Zeit verstreichen zu lassen, und dann meine Zähne nach dem Putzen glatt zu genießen. So ist das, zu leben mit Details. Am Nachmittag erfreute ich mich dann an einigen Partie Schach mit Freunden in der Ferne. Bevor ich gar nichts davon sehen lasse, hier eine interessante Szene. Merke: Ziehe einen Läufer nicht in eine Ecke, wenn einen Reihe bauern ihn dort festsetzen kann. Aus Verzweiflung vermutlich folgte erst noch ein Angriff mit einer Dame. Doch was ist der leider naheliegendste Zug dagegen? (Bild 3 und 4) Während des Spielens hatte ich gegessen und zuvor meine NEMs genommen. Jetzt hier ein paar Notizen während eines Tees und dann werde ich mich für ein paar Erledigungen etwas Bewegung. Und so war der Tag dann vergangen. Als ich meine Notizen hier nun am nächsten Tag vorfinde, kommt mir der gestrige Nachmittag und Abend vor wie ein Augenschlag. Tatsächlich war ich noch bei zwei Community-Treffen dabei, hatte erneut ein Essen allein und nahm auch das zweite Magnesium. Ein gemeinsames Essen war nicht mit den Community-Treffen vereinbar. Zudem hatte ich den Eindruck wir brauchten alle noch etwas Abstand voneinander.
