Currently one Harklaw costs 3,63$ / BCX, which makes it the cheapest legendary in the game.
It can solo carry some games, as shown in gold rank fight below.

I think the card is massively undervalued, it is a main tank with decent stats after all. In no magic battles, it becomes a monster. Other decent tank options for death team can be Pelacor Deceiver (5 mana) or Cursed Windeku (6 mana). If you have access to dragons, Djinn Chwala is usually a stable choice aswell for 8 mana.
If you decide to get it now, you will also accumulate 8 sps according to splintercards.com as shown in the picture below. The real amount will be less, as the total airdrop points will get higher when more CL packs are being sold, but you got still time to acquire a decent amount.
