Saying Goodbye to these Monsters Part 4

Hello Splinterlands Community!

It's me again posting the last part of the last reward card which they had been phase out after the last EOS. Which means these cards are no longer be minted in the current chest (EOS and Focus) as these are replaced by the new Soul Bound Reward cards.

Based on Kiokizz website, the 1st batch of legendary reward card stops at ~69% or ~138K prints and the 2nd batch stops at ~20% or 40K prints.

For those who are new to my post, I usually post information which is related in the Silver League Modern Format.

🟡 Countess Sinash

  • Countess Sinash is probably one of the most powerful and useful cards among the list due to its stats and abilities

  • Starting with Silver League, Countess Sinash deals a 3 range damage having the opportunity ability, camouflage and swiftness ability. With this set, it can deal a massive amount of damage especially with Yodin Zaku.

  • Another good thing is that there are a lot of range units from Fire splinter in which Countess Sinash addition gives a much boost to the line-up of all range.

  • Upgrading Sinash to Gold league gives extra range damage and affliction effect to halt healing which is good especially that Fog of War has changed.

  • Having a MAX level of Countess Sinash gives the blast damage in-case you don't have a Yodin Zaku.

  • One problem with Sinash is its low health which can be affected in the early game by a blast even this card does have a camouflage.

🟡 Djinn Oshannus

  • Djinn Oshannus is one of the most famous and most utilized in the list in my opinion.

  • Djinn Oshannus is a magic monster which have a very good stats. Djinn Oshannus is not a high damager magic unit but with a very high speed and a very high health.

  • Based on Djinn Oshannus abilities, the void and phase are the most important abilities Djinn Oshanus have which is really against magic damage. The high health is suitable with the void ability and the high speed is suitable for phase. This ability is avaiable starting from silver league which is why this card is very famous even in low league.

  • Moving up to gold league, the forceshield ability is added which is good for higher league especially to those monsters with attack higher than 4.

🟡 Djinn Biljka

  • Djinn Biljka is a good magic unit which especially little league ruleset.

  • At first look, Djinn Biljka seems not a powerful one but this card is really a good one. First is that this card is compatible with Obsidian and then this card cost only 3 mana.

  • Looking at the stats, Djinn Biljka is a low health monster, a 1 speed but with a good magic damage for a 3 mana cost.

  • In terms of ability, this card is pretty nice for little league because it has camouflage which can't be attack using sneak, opportunity or snipe unless affected by blast.

  • The void ability also gives an edge for some battle especially that the last remaining monsters is a magic unit.

  • In gold league, the weaken ability is added to reduce health to all enemies.

  • One good thing with Djinn Biljka is that its 1 speed gives another boost to Earth element regarding reverse speed.

🟡 Jared Scar

  • Jared Scar is another monster that is very powerful

  • Looking at Jared Scar stats, this card deals a massive melee damage however with a low speed and not so high health and armor.

  • In terms of ability, all three abilities of Jared Scar is very important. First is the bloodlust ability which gives Jared Scar a further boost. With his high attack, this card can kill a lot of monsters.

  • Next is the true strike ability which is also pretty good as Jared Scar speed is slow. Having a high attack but can't hit a target is a trash.

  • Then in higher league, the piercing ability really helps Jared Scar to deal damage against armored opponents.

  • Personally, Jared Scar is a very powerful card however in silver league, his attack is nothing when facing armored opponents which is why the piercing ability is too great.

  • Also, I usually use Jared Scar when the ruleset is equal opportunity or melee mayhen as I don't want Jared Scar to be use as a tank in the frontline.

🟡 Harklaw

  • Harklaw on the otherhand mostly focus on defenses.

  • Harklaw in my opinion is not so strong that is why this card is use very seldom. In terms of attack, this card can only deal a 2 melee damage.

  • The health and armor is tough because of the shield ability which is why this card is a good defender.

  • Another ability this card have is the immunity which is good against noxious fumes ruleset if Forgotten One cannot be use.

  • Lastly, the demoralize ability gives Harklaw an advantage because of decreasing the melee attack of the opponent, its shield ability becomes much powerful.

🟡 Venator Kinjo

  • Lastly, we have Venator Kinjo which I think is a utility card.

  • Venator Kinjo is a 2 mana cost card that does not really gives a good damage nor great defense. Looking at the stats, it is only 1 melee damage, a low speed and low health.

  • This card becomes a legendary one because of its set of abilities. Baseline this card have the camouflage ability and reflection shield which is usually use against blast damage. A taunt unit with Kinjo besides stops the blast effect damage.

  • In silver, Kinjo also have the immunity which is great also in noxious fumes. WIth the camouflage ability, for sure Venator Kinjo is the last one surviving in your line-up.

  • This card is a utility because in higher league it provides slow debuffs and amplify thorns, magic reflect or return fire damage.

🟡 Conclusion

We had a goodbye with all the reward cards, most of this cards have a lot of print but even so, those cards are pretty useful.

In terms of legendary monsters, Djinn Oshannus, Jared Scar, Countess Sinash and Djinn Biljka are among my favorite because they are powerful and useful especially with my playstyle.

Countess Sinash with the other range units from Fire Splinter together with either Conqueror Jacek or maybe even Skargore, Djinn Oshannus for a anti-magic line-up of water element, Djinn Biljka together with the magic units of earth element with Obsidian playing probably in reverse speed
and Jared Scar attacking from the backline with the equal opportunity and melee mayhem ruleset.

These are just some play that I usually use these monsters.
