Weekly Challenge: MYCELIC MORPHOID

Another week and another challenge in Splinterlands, this time with a card that even though it looks weak, it is quite useful when used correctly or when the battle rule is right. With a cost of 1 mana, it is a good card to use in those situations where the battle is low in mana and thanks to its thorns ability it is able to eliminate certain cards or at least cause them quite important damage for the course of the battle.

In this battle the "Up Close & Personal" rule was active, so only cards with Melee attack could be used. In first position I placed Unicorn Mustang, as it is a card that I like a lot because it is very complete in its aspects of life points, attack points and speed points, one of the best in the Earth deck, to support in the attack, in second position I placed: Orc Sargeant, so that together with Unicorn Mustang attack whoever was in first position, also in 3rd position and to attack whoever was in the last position of my opponent is: Gobling Thief. As the rule dictates, I placed Mycelic Morphoid, who despite his low health, was able to eliminate an enemy thanks to his ability "Thorns" (logically dying on the spot), in the second to last position was Creeping Ooze to reduce the speed of my opponent and in the last position was the classic: Furious Chicken. The battle from the beginning was in my favor, my opponent did little damage to my cards, only being eliminated: Furious Chicken and Mycelic Morphoid.
