When I started playing over a year ago, cards and summoners with Magic attack were the most expensive which now makes me quite low on them not even having the Arlic Stormbringer summoner let alone the Screaming Banshee. Especially when you have higher level summoners, you pretty much have to make a choice in what monsters you collect as it quickly becomes really expensive when wanting all available options. I guess the collection aspect is part of the fun in Spliterlands which makes it quite addictive. Even though I'm not that high on the gameplay right now, I still have this urge to collect more cards somehow. I didn't buy the Screaming Banshee but got it leased to me by a friend (thanks @stimp1024!) to complete this week's challenge...
The game rules were no armor and ranged attack may be used in 1st position. My opponent has a maxed-out Summoner but only 1 monster card at max level to go along with that which actually gave me a chance. My go-to tank card for the Death summoner which is great for low-mana matches is the Haunted Spirit which has quite some health and both heal and reflect at level 5. The Corrupted Pegasus tends to be my go-to 2nd place carr as it provides tank heal and extra health for all other monsters. I have been loving the 1 mana Shadow Presence (I still have to get it up to level 4) as the first non-melee monster to absorb snipe damage while giving other cards extra health. The Screaming Banshee was put in 4th spot followed by the inevitable Golden Furious Chicken which by now is worth over 10$!
The combination of having enough heal, the reflect ability, having 2 extra health on all monsters, and the -1 Melee summoner ability made me win this match. The Screaming Banshee is an ok card by itself but it doesn't really fit into the narrative of the death summoner.

Important: Treat games in the first place as games and not as investment opportunities, Splinterlands allows you to earn some money and get good returns but you are much better off flipping burgers in Mcdonalds when looking at the money earned for the time invested.
