Um back people with another blog post in HIVE.
This time I'm going to showcase one of my battle using Wave runner in splinterlands weekly battle challenge.
Wave runner is a common fire monster that's of reward edition.
This monster has melee attack for which this monster can only attack from the first position unless the battle ruleset has any special rules and it has a special abilities in the 1st level that's called reach for what this monster may attack from the second position on the team.

At first, Water elemental of friendly monster team attacked Shieldbearer of enemy team the enemy monster lost two armor.
Then Luminous eagle of enemy monster team attacked Demented shark of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one and only armor. Then Wave runner of friendly monster team attacked Shieldbearer of enemy team the enemy monster lost remaining three armor. Then Lone boatman of enemy monster team attacked Furious chicken of friendly monster team and the friendly monster died on the spot. Then Shieldbearer of enemy monster team attacked Demented shark of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost two health. Then Demented shark of friendly monster team attacked Shieldbearer of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost two health. Then Giant squid of friendly monster team attacked Shieldbearer of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost two health. And at end of the current round, Herbalist of enemy monster team attacked Demented Shark of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one health.
Water elemental of friendly monster team attacked Shieldbearer of enemy team the enemy monster lost two health.
Then Luminous eagle of enemy monster team attacked Demented shark of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost two health. Then Wave runner of friendly monster team attacked Shieldbearer of enemy team the enemy monster lost three health and the enemy monster was alive with only one health now. Lone boatman of enemy monster team attacked Water elemental of friendly monster team and missed the attack. Then Shieldbearer of enemy monster team attacked Demented shark of friendly monster team and the friendly monster died on the spot. Then Giant squid of friendly monster team attacked Shieldbearer of enemy monster team and the enemy monster died on the spot. Then Herbalist of enemy monster team attacked Wave runner of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one health. Water elemental of friendly monster team attacked Luminous eagle of enemy team and the enemy monster lost two health. Then that Luminous eagle of enemy team attacked Wave runner of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost two health. Right after that, Wave runner of friendly monster team attacked Luminous eagle of enemy team and the enemy monster lost three health.
Lone boatman of enemy monster team attacked Water elemental of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost two health.
Then Giant squid of friendly monster team attacked Luminous eagle of enemy monster team and the enemy monster died on the spot. And at end of the current round, Herbalist of enemy monster team attacked Wave runner of friendly monster team and the friendly monster died on the spot. Now Water elemental of friendly monster team lost the attacking ability but it didn't lost its ability to heal itself so it healed itself with two health and then Giant squid of friendly monster team attacked Lone boatman of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost the whole armor. Herbalist of enemy monster team attacked Water elemental of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one health. Another new round happened and Water elemental of friendly monster team healed one health. Then Giant squid of friendly monster team attacked Lone boatman of enemy monster team and missed the attack. Herbalist of enemy monster team attacked Water elemental of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one health.
Another new round happened and Water elemental of friendly monster team healed one health.
Then Giant squid of friendly monster team attacked Lone boatman of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost two health. This kept happening until Gaint Squid of friendly monster team attacked Lone boatman of enemy monster team and the enemy monster died on the spot. Then there was only Herbalist on the enemy team losing the attacking ability. It took two rounds for Giant squid of friendly monster team to attack and kill herbalist of enemy monster team.
The battle ended in round 9 and Giant squid of the friendly monster team killed the last monster of the enemy monster team and there came victory.
Demented Shark:
Demented Shark is a common water monster that I've in level 1.
I used Demented Shark at the first position cause it's a melee monster that can attack only from the front unless the battle has any special rule set. It has 1 melee attack, 2 speed, 1 armor, 6 Health in level 1.
It's an 6 mana monster.
Wave Runner:
Wave Runner is a common water monster that I've in level 1.
I used Wave Runner at the second position as it has the reach ability and nice powers such as 2 melee attack, 3 speed, 4 Health in level 1.
It's an 5 mana monster.
Furious Chicken:
Furious Chicken is a rare neutral monster that I have in level 1.
I used Furious Chicken in that position as a bait so that it can get hits from enemies when other cards can do their things.
Besides I couldn't do anything better but using a monster with 0 mana as the mana cap of the battle was so low.
It has 1 speed, 1 Health in level 1.
It's a 0 mana monster.
Water elemental:
Water elemental is a rare water monster that I've in level 1.
I used Water elemental in that position as it's a ranged attacker with heal ability and it has nice powers such as 2 ranged attack, 4 speed, 4 Health in level 1.
It's an 5 mana monster.
Giant squid:
Giant squid is a rare water monster that I've in level 1.
I used Giant squid in that position as it's a ranged attacker and it has nice powers such as 2 ranged attack, 1 speed, 1 armor, 4 Health in level 1.
It's a 5 mana monster.
About the challenge:
You can find the official challenge post here.
For this challenge, you'll need to showcase a battle using the theme and you should talk about the monsters that you use in the battle, about the battle.
The entry post should be shared on any social media and I'll use my twitter handle for that.
There should be a #splinterlands tag.
Then you should leave your post link and your social media link where you shared it as a comment in the official challenge post of @splinterlands.
Battling procedure with Wave runner:
As you'll need to battle with Wave runner so you'll be able to play the battle using water splinter as Wave runner is a water monster.
From the battle page, you need to click on the ranked battle button and you should wait for a little time.
This takes a little time to find a worthy opponent.
It might take a little longer sometimes and sometimes as it seems.
Then you'll see that you have an enemy waiting for you on the other side.
You can see everything about the battle here such as-
Rules of the battle, mana cap of the battle, splinters that can be used in the battle, the countdown time and you can check on your opponent too from here.
Click on the Make Team button.
Then you'll find a page with all your splinters that can be used in the battle.
As I needed to play this battle with water splinter to showcase the battle of Wave runner which is a water monster, I chose my water splinters summoner.
Then I chose the cards that I wanted in this battle.
There I chose Demended shark, Wave runner, Furious chicken, Water elemental, Giant squid.
Buying procedure of Wave runner(s):
- First, you need to go to the market and then you'll need to find the card or you can go directly from this link.
- Then you'll need to find the best suitable cards for you.
You can buy high-level cards or you can buy level 1 single cards and then you can combine them and you can upgrade the level.
