This time I'm going to showcase one of my battle using dragon monsters in splinterlands weekly battle challenge.
I made the lineup with only dragon monsters although there's the Dark ferryman so let's think that ferryman as a dragon as well, ok?
My lineup for this battle:
There, I have Djinn chwala, Manticore, Serpentine mystic, Naga assassin and Dragonling bowman where all of them are dragon monster from promo and reward edition. Two of them has melee attack, one has magic attack and one has ranged attack. And then the death ferryman monster that has ranged attack.

Then Peacebringer of enemy monster team attacked Manticore of friendly monster team lost two health. Then Manticore of friendly monster team attacked Truthspeaker of enemy monster team the enemy monster lost one armor. Naga assassin of friendly monster team attacked Truthspeaker of enemy monster team the enemy monster died on the spot. Then Manticore and Serpentine mystic of friendly monster team attacked Peacebringer of enemy monster team the enemy monster lost two health. Then Naga assassin and Manticore attacked Peacebringer of enemy monster team the enemy monster died on the spot.
The battle ended in round 9 and Manticore of the friendly monster team killed the last monster of the enemy monster team and there came victory.
Djinn chwala:
Djinn chwala is an epic dragon monster.
I used Djinn chwala at the first position cause it's a melee monster that can attack only from the front unless the battle has any special rule set. It has 2 melee attack, 2 speed, 5 armor, 9 Health in level 1.
It's an 8 mana monster.
Manticore:
Manticore is an epic dragon monster.
I used Manticore at the second position as it's a melee attacker with reach ability and it has nice powers such as 1 melee attack, 3 speed, 6 Health in level 1.
It's an 4 mana monster.
Serpentine mystic:
Serpentine mystic is a rare dragon monster.
I used Serpentine mystic at that position as it is a magic monster that can attack from anywhere and it has nice powers such as 1 magic attack, 1 speed, 3.
It's an 3 mana monster.
Naga assassin:
Naga assassin is a rare dragon monster.
I used Naga assassin in that position as it's a ranged attacker that can't attack from the front position and it has nice powers such as 1 ranged attack, 5 speed, 2 Health in level 1.
It's a 2 mana monster.
Dragonling bowman:
Dragonling bowman is a rare dragon monster.
I used Dragonling bowman in that position as it's a ranged attacker that can't attack from the front position and it has nice powers such as 1 ranged attack, 2 speed, 3 Health in level 1.
It's a 4 mana monster.
Dark ferryman:
Dark ferryman is a rare death monster that I've in level 1.
I used Dark ferryman at that position as it is a ranged monster that can't attack from the front position so I kept it away from that position and it has nice powers such as 1 ranged attack, 2 speed, 5 Health in level 1.
It's an 3 mana monster.
About the challenge:
You can find the official challenge post here.
For this challenge, you'll need to showcase a battle using the theme and you should talk about the monsters that you use in the battle, about the battle.
The entry post should be shared on any social media and I'll use my twitter handle for that.
There should be a #splinterlands tag.
Then you should leave your post link and your social media link where you shared it as a comment in the official challenge post of @splinterlands.
Battling procedure with dragon monsters:
As you'll need to battle with dragon monsters so you'll have to play the battle using dragon splinter.
From the battle page, you need to click on the ranked battle button and you should wait for a little time.
This takes a little time to find a worthy opponent.
It might take a little longer sometimes and sometimes as it seems.
Then you'll see that you have an enemy waiting for you on the other side.
You can see everything about the battle here such as-
Rules of the battle, mana cap of the battle, splinters that can be used in the battle, the countdown time and you can check on your opponent too from here.
Click on the Make Team button.
Then you'll find a page with all your splinters that can be used in the battle.
As I needed to play this battle with dragon splinter to showcase the battle of dragon monsters, I chose my dragon splinters summoner.
Then I chose the cards that I wanted in this battle.
There I chose Djinn chwala, Manticore, Serpentine mystic, Naga assassin, Dragonling bowman, Dark ferryman.
Buying procedure of Dragon card(s):
- First, you need to go to the market and then you'll need to find the card or you can go directly from this link.
- Then you'll need to find the best suitable cards for you and using the dragon splinter filter would be easier.
You can buy high-level cards or you can buy level 1 single cards and then you can combine them and you can upgrade the level.
