Splinterlands is without a doubt one of the absolute most popular and successful play2earn games in the entire crypto world: with hundreds of thousands of registered users and tens of thousands of daily active users, there are very few games that could ever even hope to compete with this title.
So anyone who is still looking for a game to enjoy, building a collection of progressively stronger cards, and also trying to earn some money, certainly is going to come across Splinterlands and register on the official site to find out what it's all about.
And what is it all about?
Splinterlands is a card game belonging to the auto-battler genre, where the player just chooses the cards to deploy and then the battle is carried out automatically by the game: said like that it may seem that chaos would reign during the match, but things couldn't be further from the truth!
In fact, each card has its own abilities and each match its own rules: deploying random creatures and hoping to win is, therefore, almost impossible and essential is to learn about the strengths and weaknesses of each card in order to make the most of them.

This is why a beginner should, first of all, most certainly join the official Discord server of Splinterlands and join the Splinterlands Community, so that they can get to know other players, receive tips and share their experience about the game.
Joining the Challenges proposed by the game's official account on Hive, @splinterlands, is then surely another very useful way to discover new features of the game and receive some useful upvotes to purchase new cards with which to enhance your collection.
It's time to fight!
Eventually, finally, it will be time to face the first battles, testing your skills against other players: the first impact with a match will surely be confusing, but my advice is to be patient and try to learn from your mistakes.
In case of defeat, you should always take a look at your opponent's formation and try to remember it for the future: with some slight adjustments it could prove to be a winning choice again in other similar situations.
If you then want to have easy access to new cards, in order to gain an advantage over your opponents, you should use the fantastic secondary markets built around Splinterlads: PeakMonsters, Splex.gg and MonsterMarket are some of the most popular and there you can buy or rent cards easily.
Patience is the virtue of the strong
As I also wrote above, to best deal with Splinterlands you need to arm yourself with patience: the game may look easy from the outside, but it can seem chaotic and at times frustrating when you start playing it.
I also speak mostly from personal experience, because I know how hard it is to play in the Bronze League, the lowest available in matchmaking: the lower number of abilities and mana available often make it imperative to perfectly know which is the best team to deploy, otherwise you will be defeated.
If you are patient, however, the game will provide you with good rewards and as you become more experienced and gain access to more cards, more mana and more abilities you will discover the true potential of the game, leading to epic battles and memorable victories!
Personally, I also recommend finding a Guild to join as soon as possible so you can participate in brawls, where Guilds battle it out to dominate the leaderboard, and unlock the very strong cards of the Gladiator set!

Conosci Splinterlands?
Splinterlands è indubbiamente uno dei giochi play2earn in assoluto più famosi e di successo di tutto il mondo crypto: con centinaia di migliaia di utenti registrati e decine di migliaia di utenti attivi ogni giorno, sono molti pochi i giochi che possono anche solo sperare di rivaleggiare con questo titolo.
Chiunque, perciò, ancora oggi sia alla ricerca di un titolo su cui divertirsi, costruire una collezione di carte sempre più forti e provare anche a guadagnare qualcosa, sicuramente non potrà fare a meno di imbattersi in Splinterlands ed iscriversi sul sito ufficiale per scoprire di cosa si tratti.
E di cosa si tratta?
Splinterlands è un gioco di carte del genere auto-battler, dove il giocatore si limita a scegliere le carte da schierare e poi la battaglia è svolta in automatico dal gioco: detta così può sembrare che quindi a regnare sia il caos durante il match, ma le cose non potrebbero essere più lontane dal vero!
Ogni carta ha infatti le sue abilità ed ogni partita le sue regole: schierare creature a caso e sperare di vincere è, perciò, praticamente impossibile e fondamentale è imparare a conoscere i punti di forza e di debolezza di ogni carta per sfruttarli al meglio.
Al contempo bisogna anche cercare di anticipare le mosse del nostro avversario, provando ad immaginare quali carte schiererà e strutturando la nostra formazione in modo da neutralizzare le sue minacce.
Da dove iniziare?
Ogni nuovo giocatore non potrà, perciò, che trovarsi un po' spaesato, perchè le carte e regole da conoscere sono tante e affinare le proprie strategie è fondamentale per riuscire a sopraffare i propri avversari.
Per questo un principiante dovrebbe, prima di tutto, sicuramente entrare nel server Discord ufficiale di Splinterlands ed iscriversi alla Community di Splinterlands, in modo da poter conoscere altri giocatori, ricevere suggerimenti e condividere la propria esperienza sul gioco.
Partecipare alla Challenges proposte dall'account ufficiale del gioco su Hive, @splinterlands, è poi sicuramente un altro molto utile per scoprire nuovi aspetti del gioco e ricevere qualche upvotes utile per l'acquisto di nuove carte con cui potenziare la propria collezione.
E' tempo di combattere!
Alla fine, quindi, sarà giunto il momento di affrontare le prime battaglie, mettendo alla prova le proprie abilità contro gli altri giocatori: il primo impatto con un match sarà sicuramente spaesante, ma il mio consiglio è di avere pazienza e cercare di imparare dai propri errori.
In caso di sconfitta bisogna sempre osservare la formazione dell'avversario e provare a ricordarla per il futuro: con qualche lieve modifica potrebbe rivelarsi una scelta vincente anche in altre situazioni simili.
Se si desidera avere poi facile accesso a nuove carte, per acquisire un vantaggio sui propri avversari, conviene utilizzare i fantastici market secondari costruiti intorno a Splinterlads: PeakMonsters, Splex.gg e MonsterMarket sono alcuni dei più famosi e al loro interno è possibile acquistare o noleggiare carte in modo facile e preciso.
La pazienza è la virtù dei forti
Come ho scritto anche sopra, per affrontare al meglio Splinterlands bisogna armarsi di pazienza: il gioco sembra facile dall'esterno, ma può apparire caotico ed a tratti frustranti quando si inizia a giocarlo.
Parlo anche e soprattutto per esperienza personale, perchè so quanto sia duro giocare nella Lega Bronzo, la più bassa disponibile nel matchmaking: il minor numero di abilità e mana a disposizione rendono spesso necessario conoscere perfettamente quale è il team migliorare da schierare, pena la sconfitta.
Se avrete però pazienza il gioco saprà regalarvi delle belle soddisfazioni e via via che diverrete più esperti ed avrete accesso a più carte, più mana e più abilità scoprirete il vero potenziale del gioco, dando vita a battaglia epiche e vittorie memorabili!
Personalmente consiglio anche di trovare quanto prima una Gilda di cui fare parte, così da poter partecipare alle brawls, in cui le Gilde si danno battaglia per dominare la classifica, e sbloccare le fortissime carte del set Gladiator!
