En mi hogar hay plantas sembradas en materos, tenemos desde hermosas sábilas que tienen mas de 20 años con nosotros y siempre fieles, dando bienvenida a todo aquél que viene a casa y brindándonos sus hermosas pencas para remedios de todo tipo desde la tos hasta cuidados de belleza. Tenemos también jengibre, ¡algo para mí recien descubierto!

Mi madre preciosa había sembrado y yo no no sabía, a veces de lunes a lunes me ha tocado trabajar, los fines de semana hago labores propias del hogar pero siempre con apuro de: debo lavar a tal hora, limpiar el piso temprano, recoger cuarto, regar las matas… me planifico días antes, un sábado cualquiera muy temprano me pongo a empezar la faena y comienzo a barrer el porche de mi casa veo esa hermosa mata y me preguntaba: ¿Será malojillo? entonces mi madre me explicó que cuando la planta se va tornando de color mas amarillo en las puntas y casi secandose algunas hojas entonces ¡es indicio de retirar ya los jengibres!

My beautiful mother had planted and I did not know, sometimes from Monday to Monday I had to work, on weekends I do housework but always in a hurry: I must wash at such an hour, clean the floor early, pick up room, water the bushes ... I plan days before, one Saturday very early I start to start the chore and start sweeping the porch of my house and I see that beautiful plant and I wondered: Is it malojillo? Then my mother explained to me that when the plant becomes more yellow at the tips and some leaves almost dry out then it is a sign to remove the ginger!

Un té de jengibre en combinación con la aromática planta de orégano orejón ayuda a relajar el organismo cuando te sientes muy cansado, a combatir las alergias, por ejemplo cuando tenemos gripe, también podemos preparar un sabroso té frío con un toque de malojillo y limón lo recomiendo ¡es divino!

La alegría sigue en aumento porque me encontré en otra planta con unos mini tomates bellos parecen metras, aunque mi hermano dice que son tomates de Barbie jajajaj, es un fastidioso, en fín, aquí en Venezuela le dicen algunos, no todos, como tomates cagones porque son chiquiiitiiicoos pero otras personas con gustos mas refinados los conocen mejor como Tomates Cherry.

Así que le pregunté a mi pana el buscador Google: ¿Por qué se llaman Tomates Cherry? y esto fue lo que me contestó:

A continuación te dejo una receta de jugo de Melón con un toque de Jengibre que preparo a veces y que me gusta mucho:

INGREDIENTES

1.- Melón
2.- Un pedacito de jengibre ( un trozo muy pequeño, sin exagerar)
3.- Azúcar morena o miel como sea tu preferencia.
4.- Limón, opcional

PREPARACION : cortas el melón en pequeños trozos, le agregas uno o dos pedacitos de jengibre, preferiblemente pequeños, recuerda es fuerte y puede picar o bueno esa es la sensación que me da a mi si exagero, agrega azúcar o miel a tu gusto y vas a licuar con agua fría preferiblemente, también puede ser agua a temperatura ambiente y luego guardar en la nevera puede ser una hora. Adicional puedes agregar al servir, unas gotas de limón o colocar la rodajita de limón en el borde del vaso
