Un ejemplo de motivación y superación de una longevidad con mejor calidad de vida es de está Adulta Joven de quien le comentaré un poco el cual se encuentra a mi lado, la cual por cariño la llamamos socorrito , es una anciana de 85 años y les confieso que no los aparenta, está muy fuerte y sobretodo su espíritu no ha envejecido , principal y último ingrediente para una longevidad full activa y cien por ciento dinámica , porque como dijo alguien que las arrugas del espíritu nos hacen más viejos que las arrugas de la cara .
Una de las cosas que capta mi atención de esta adulta joven es su deseo de vivir, alegría, entusiasmo, su actitud positiva y disposición para realizar las actividades, siempre está sonriente y activa, es una persona muy agradable e inspiradora, me gusta conversar con ella, siempre ve el lado positivo de cada situación, cuando le pregunto como está responde con una tierna sonrisa: estoy muy bien, dormí muy bien, gracias a Dios todo bien, se mantiene
saludable y activa cuidando su alimentación, en su mayoría vegetales, realiza caminatas y mantiene un riguroso chequeo médico, dice que cuidar la salud es muy importante, en mi trabajo con los adultos jóvenes como cariñosamente les llamo he aprendido la importancia de alimentar no solo el cuerpo sino también el espíritu con una actitud positiva, sonriendo a la vida, disfrutar cada momento que el Padre Celestial nos regala, lo demuestra mi querida Socorrito que siempre está dispuesta a apoyar y brindar una mano amiga a quien lo necesite, pronto se será su cumpleaños y desde ya está planeando hacer una torta extra grande para que todos puedan disfrutar de una porción de gran porción de pastel y quedar satisfechos, esperamos en el grupo poder cumplir su deseo y hacerle una fiesta sorpresa a nuestra querida Soccorrito, la adulta joven más longeva y activa del grupo.
