A lo largo de nuestra existencia nos encontramos con diferentes episodios que pueden marcar nuestra vida, pero también contribuyen al dearrollo y crecimiento personal, en esta oportunidad el amigo @emiliorios, nos puso a pensar en esas situaciones no tan cómodas que debemos enfrentar, a continuación algunas de ellas:
Tenemos diferentes punto de vista: a veces no queremos renunciar al derecho a tener la razón, es muy difícil ceder y más cuando estamos acostumbrados a ganar a costa de todo, en esta verdad debemos comprender que todos pensamos diferentes y aunque coincidimos en algunos puntos de vista, en otros diferimos, en la diversidad del ser humano, está lo interesante de la vida y las relaciones interpersonales que nos yudan a crecer cada día, debemos estar atentos a escuchar atentamente y poder llegar acuerdos donde sea ganar -ganar.
La vejez: El envejecimiento es una parte importante de la vida, las mujeres estamos habituadas a esconder nuestra edad, no sé si solo pasa en nuestro país, quizás nos sometemos alguna cirugía, botox, masajes, entre otros. Que tal si enfrentamos la verdad de nuestro envejecimiento y lo hacemos con dignidad, como diría yo: Juventud y experiencia acumulada, eso nos da algo de crédito cuando se trata de dar un buen consejo, basado en la experiencia acumulada.
La economía fluctuante: A veces las situaciones económicas tienden a estresarme, a tal punto que a me digo a mi misma. Ahora que haré para resolver? Esto pasa en nuestro país, aunque seas profesional y ejerzas, el dinero no te alcanza. Sin embargo, nada mejor cuando acepto que el dinero fluye y todo pasará, también me ha permitido reinventarme haciendo cosas, como vender dulces, quesos, entre otros esta situación me ha permitido sacar el emprendedor que hay en mí, diviserficando la mano de obra y el trabajo en equipo con mi pequeña, gran familia.
La tecnología nos está desenfocando Cuando hablo de tecnología, lo digo por el tema de la familia, aunque es una triste realidad, ahora la mayoria de las familias se encuentra sumergida en su mundo a través del teléfono celularl, ahora hemos reemplazado esos compartir hermosos, donde la tertulia no paraba las risas y los cuentos, por reuniones aburridas donde cada cual tiene un teléfono celular en su mano, sin importar los cuentos de nuestros viejos o los juegos de los niños. Hace poco reía mucho porque atiendo a unos jovencitos los días sábados y una de las jovencitas con solo 14 años de edad, contaba con preocupación como su abuela no le prestaba atención pues vivía sumergida en su teléfono personal haciendo tiktok, aunque me causó risa, ahora es más importante el teléfono y las redes sociales que cualquier compartir en familia.
La muerte: Creo que es una de las verdades más duras y dolorosas que existe en la tierra, con el envejecimiento viene la etapa en que nuestro cuerpo se va desgastando, casi nadie quiere admitir que esta etapa es parte de la vida, "la muerte", antes o después de ella, es inevitable el sufrimiento y más cuando un ser querido se nos va de este plano terrenal, pero siempre pienso volver a reencontrar a mi ser amado y eso me llena de esperanza.

We have different points of view: sometimes we do not want to give up the right to be right, it is very difficult to give in and more when we are used to win at all costs, in this truth we must understand that we all think differently and although we agree on some points of view, in others we differ, in the diversity of human beings, is the interesting thing about life and interpersonal relationships that help us to grow every day, we must be attentive to listen carefully and to reach agreements where it is win-win.
Aging is an important part of life:we women are used to hide our age, I do not know if it only happens in our country, maybe we undergo some surgery, botox, massages, among others. What if we face the truth of our aging and we do it with dignity, as I would say: Youth and accumulated experience, that gives us some credit when it comes to giving good advice, based on accumulated experience.
The fluctuating economy: Sometimes economic situations tend to stress me out, to such an extent that I say to myself. Now what am I going to do to solve it? This happens in our country, even if you are a professional and practice, money is not enough. However, nothing better when I accept that money flows and everything will pass, it has also allowed me to reinvent myself doing things, like selling candy, cheese, among others, this situation has allowed me to bring out the entrepreneur in me, dividing the labor and teamwork with my small, big family.
When I talk about technology:I say it because of the family issue, although it is a sad reality, now most families are immersed in their world through the cell phone, now we have replaced those beautiful sharing, where the gathering did not stop the laughter and stories, for boring meetings where everyone has a cell phone in his hand, regardless of the stories of our elders or the children's games. Recently I laughed a lot because I attend to some youngsters on Saturdays and one of the girls, only 14 years old, told with concern how her grandmother did not pay attention to her because she lived immersed in her personal phone doing tiktok, although it made me laugh, now it is more important the phone and social networks than any family sharing.
Death: I think it is one of the hardest and most painful truths that exists on earth, with aging comes the stage in which our body is wearing out, almost no one wants to admit that this stage is part of life, "death", before or after it, suffering is inevitable and more when a loved one leaves this earthly plane, but I always think of returning to meet my loved one and that fills me with hope.
