Feliz día gente linda de toda la tierra. Iniciamos un nuevo año. Un nuevo comienzo con 366 días en blanco para que ser utilizados como mejor nos parezca. ¿Y si utilizamos uno de esos 366 días para agradecer?
Cuando agradecemos, comenzamos a vibrar de manera diferente, fluyendo con más facilidad hacia nuestros objetivos y metas. Nos revestimos de una nueva manera de ver la vida y con mucha seguridad somos más felices.
Muy posiblemente has realizado y/o escuchado sobre los 21 días de agradecimiento, anotando en tu cuaderno todo aquello por lo que te sientes agradeciendo en tu vida: por tu familia, por tus hijos, por tu país, por el milagro de la vida y la lista cada vez que escribes se puede hacer infinita, pues al ir anotando, descubres nuevas cosas, situaciones y personas por las cuales estar agradecido.
Hoy te invito a agradecer por los ancestros. Por toda esa línea generacional que permitió que tu estuvieras aquí en esta tierra, en este espacio-tiempo, teniendo esta experiencia única y excepcional.
Por un momento imagina la cantidad de personas que estuvieron antes que tú, y que la unión de esas personas ha hecho posible tu existencia: Tus padres, tus abuelos, tus bisabuelos, tus tatarabuelos y así vas en un viaje al pasado hasta la creación misma de la existencia.
Para recrearlo podemos hacer el siguiente ejercicio:
Imagina que estás de pie caminando, viviendo y disfrutando la vida que deseas, con todo lujo de detalles: tu pareja, hijos, amigos, bienes materiales, etc.
Ahora, en ese caminar disfrutando tu vida perfecta, imagina que la mano de tu madre esta posada sobre tu hombro izquierdo y la mano de tu padre esta posada sobre tu hombro derecho.
¿Lo tienes visualizado? – perfecto. Ahora vamos un poco más al pasado, imagina que a su vez tu abuela y abuelo tanto materno como paterno, tienen colocada su mano sobre los hombros de tus padres, y a su vez los padres de tus abuelos sobre los hombros de estos. La fila de manos apoyadas se hace infinita conforme imagines más y más ancestros.
Agradece ahora por esa red ancestral. Por las memorias de cada uno de ellos, que te han servido de apoyo en los momentos en los que los has necesitado. Por cada don que tienes, por cada situación en la que has salido victorioso. Ellos hicieron todo lo que estuvo a su alcance para vivir de la mejor manera posible y ese deseo, ese coraje, esa fe, esa determinación te la han transmitido.
No estás solo, nunca lo has estado y nunca lo estarás. Tus ancestros siempre estarán ahí apoyándote, dándote su bendición para que hagas con tu vida lo que tu ser interior desea.
Hónralos, agradéceles, pídeles su bendición para hacerlo diferente. Estoy segura que ellos están felices de que tomes las riendas de tu vida y la llenes de colores.

Today I invite you to be thankful for your ancestors. For all that generational line that allowed you to be here on this earth, in this space-time, having this unique and exceptional experience.
For a moment imagine the number of people who were here before you, and that the union of these people has made your existence possible: Your parents, your grandparents, your great-grandparents, your great-great-grandparents and so you go on a journey into the past to the very creation of existence.
To recreate this we can do the following exercise:
Imagine that you are standing walking, living and enjoying the life you desire, with all the details: your partner, children, friends, material goods, etc.
Now, in that walk enjoying your perfect life, imagine that your mother's hand is resting on your left shoulder and your father's hand is resting on your right shoulder.
Do you have it visualized? - Perfect. Now let's go a little further into the past, imagine that in turn your grandmother and grandfather both maternal and paternal, have placed their hand on the shoulders of your parents, and in turn the parents of your grandparents on the shoulders of these. The line of supported hands becomes infinite as you imagine more and more ancestors.
Be thankful now for that ancestral web. For the memories of each one of them, who have supported you in times when you have needed them. For every gift you have, for every situation in which you have been victorious. They did everything in their power to live in the best possible way and that desire, that courage, that faith, that determination have been passed on to you.
You are not alone, you never have been and you never will be. Your ancestors will always be there supporting you, giving you their blessing to do with your life what your inner self desires.
Honor them, thank them, ask for their blessing to make it different. I am sure they are happy that you take the reins of your life and fill it with colors.
