An important element that complements the whole emotional kit and can never be missing in our lives would be resilience. Which is the capacity we human beings have that allows us to face adversity, build, grow and learn through crisis. Which is a perfect element since in moments like these we must consciously strengthen it day by day.

And finally, we made a call for reflection to the workers by saying these words:

"We must learn to look at ourselves, to look inward, but also to look at others, from kindness, humility and humanity. Let us participate in this activity that recognizes and attends to their emotional needs. Let us break with the fear that paralyzes us, and let us mobilize ourselves towards change. Today, let's work on putting our emotional first aid kit into practice.

Personally, I did not think that this activity would be so well received by the workers, but when I saw their reactions and heard their comments after giving it to them, I was quite surprised, so I felt that all my work and effort had its fruits, its good reward.

Also when I was researching to be able to carry out this idea, I read that it is used a lot in children so that they learn to manage their emotions, there are a huge amount of elements that can be included in it, as is the case of the hugging gauze, so if you are a parent and you are reading me, I definitely recommend this type of activity.

Thank you very much for coming here, I hope you enjoyed it.
