Saludos, mi apreciada comunidad de @Holos&Lotus, una vez más estoy por acá devuelta para acompañarlos en una iniciativa que propone la amiga @charjaim, y que me hizo reflexionar sobre ciertas acciones que he realizado a lo largo de mi vida y que han impactado positivamente a quienes lo han visto.
Hace unos días tuve la oportunidad de ser parte del equipo principal como una de las oradoras de una actividad muy especial que desarrollamos en la iglesia donde me congrego, la cual estaba orientada en motivar y alentar a todos los presentes a que persiguieran sus sueños y dejaran sus temores en el olvido.
Esta actividad la denominamos Viviendo la Experiencia Cumbre (VEC) y ella estuvo orientada básicamente a ser ese medio herramienta que le sirviera de primer paso para que las personas pudieran generar un cambio en el espacio donde se desenvuelven.
A few days ago I had the opportunity to be part of the main team as one of the speakers of a very special activity that we developed in the church where I congregate, which was oriented to motivate and encourage all those present to pursue their dreams and leave their fears in oblivion.
We called this activity Living the Summit Experience (VEC) and it was basically oriented to be that tool that would serve as a first step so that people could generate a change in the space where they live.
En ocasiones pensamos que una sola persona no puede mover al mundo, pero es una concepción errónea que tenemos, ya que cada uno genera un cambio por más pequeño que sea por nuestras acciones, la cuestión básicamente radica en que este cambio pueda ser beneficioso no solo, sino que también se refleje en muchas otras personas y de esta manera se logra un mayor impacto en la sociedad.
Cada persona nace con una pequeña semilla en su corazón, la cual denominamos propósito de vida, pero hay quienes son osados y se atreven a regarla y dejar que esta comience a dar sus primeros frutos y de paso continúan aumentando la cosecha, sembrando en diferentes espacios y por lo tanto sus frutos se van propagando por todas partes generando un impacto positivo en todo el que beneficie y por lo tanto genera un cambio efectivo en su entorno un ejemplo claro de ello es la empresa Colgate.
Mientras que hay otro tipos de personas que se establecen sus propios límites y no perseveran por alcanzar sus sueños y por lo tanto su semilla nunca nace porque se dejan invadir por el miedo y el temor a arriesgarse y piensan que las cosas no saldrá bien y es allí donde nos quedamos estancados y no permitimos que el éxito triunfe y simplemente tomamos la amarga decisión de vivir frustrados pensando en lo que pudo ser y nunca sucedió.
Sometimes we think that a single person can not move the world, but it is a misconception that we have, because each one generates a change however small it may be by our actions, the question basically lies in that this change can be beneficial not only, but also reflected in many other people and thus a greater impact on society is achieved.
Each person is born with a small seed in his heart, which we call life purpose, but there are those who are daring and dare to water it and let it begin to bear its first fruits and continue to increase the harvest, sowing in different spaces and therefore its fruits are spreading everywhere generating a positive impact on everyone who benefits and therefore generates an effective change in their environment, a clear example of this is the company Colgate.
While there are other types of people who set their own limits and do not persevere to achieve their dreams and therefore their seed is never born because they are invaded by fear and fear of risk and think that things will not work out and that is where we get stuck and do not allow success to triumph and simply take the bitter decision to live frustrated thinking about what could have been and never happened.
Si eres este último tipo de persona, te invito a salir de esa zona de confort en la que te encuentres y permite que el cambio sea ese abono necesario para que tu semilla que esta algo marchita reviva, nunca es tarde para que te atrevas a soñar, aun cuando ya estés en una edad avanzada puedes hacer cosas que te van a provocar grandes satisfacciones en la vida y de esta misma manera puedes bendecir a otras más.
Nada es más gratificante en nuestra existencia que puedas irradiar a otros con tu propio brillo y que esa misma luz sea de apoyo para que ellos puedan llegar al final del camino y alcancen sus propios anhelos.
Esto fue parte del contenido que aborde en esta actividad dirigida a personas emprendedoras donde asistieron alrededor de 60 usuarios y que salieron de esa actividad retadas a llegar a su lugar de trabajo u otros espacios y comenzar a darle pies a ese gran plan que tienen en mente y que no han podido consolidar, siempre teniendo en cuenta que si trabajas en equipo debes ser un buen líder que sepa escuchar e interactuar con sus compañeros y teniendo en cuenta que equipo las cargas son más fáciles de llevar.
If you are this last type of person, I invite you to leave that comfort zone in which you find yourself and allow the change to be the necessary fertilizer for your seed that is somewhat withered revive, it is never too late for you to dare to dream, even when you are already at an advanced age you can do things that will cause you great satisfaction in life and in this same way you can bless others.
Nothing is more gratifying in our existence than to be able to radiate your own brilliance to others and that same light be of support so that they can reach the end of the road and achieve their own desires.
This was part of the content that I addressed in this activity aimed at entrepreneurs where about 60 users attended and who left this activity challenged to get to their workplace or other spaces and begin to give feet to that great plan they have in mind and have not been able to consolidate, always bearing in mind that if you work in a team you must be a good leader who knows how to listen and interact with their peers and taking into account that team loads are easier to carry.
La receptividad que obtuvimos de muchas de las personas que asistieron fue muy positiva, ya que nos expresaron sus palabras de agradecimiento por ser parte de ese motor de propulsión que algunos necesitamos en la vida para poder despegar y alcanzar su meta de emprendimiento personal o colectiva.
Eso nos hizo sentir muy contentos, ya que se evidencio que se logró trasmitir el mensaje principal de las capacidades que tenemos toda persona para generar un cambio positivo e impactante en nuestras vidas y que en muchas situaciones nos cohibimos de poder realizar nuestro sueños, porque nos dejamos invadir de las inseguridades.
Esta actividad es la primera de muchas otras que pensamos desarrollar en los diferentes municipios de mi localidad, de tal manera que estos mensajes trasciendan fronteras y que puedan llegar a muchas otras personas, no nos queremos limitar exclusivamente a la comunidad donde vivimos, sino que pensamos continuar impartiendo más talleres donde seamos medio de influencia para pequeños y grandes proyectos.
The receptivity we got from many of the people who attended was very positive, as they expressed their words of gratitude for being part of that propulsion engine that some of us need in life to be able to take off and reach their personal or collective entrepreneurial goal.
This made us feel very happy, as it was evident that we were able to convey the main message of the capabilities that we all have to generate a positive and impactful change in our lives and that in many situations we are inhibited from realizing our dreams, because we let ourselves be invaded by insecurities.
This activity is the first of many others that we plan to develop in the different municipalities of my town, so that these messages transcend borders and can reach many other people, we do not want to limit ourselves exclusively to the community where we live, but we plan to continue giving more workshops where we are a means of influence for small and large projects.
