Bendiciones para los seres microscópicos y gigantes que habitan en nuestra Madre Tierra.
La perfección y el perfeccionismo tema que nos expuso @damarysvibra forma parte de ese conocimiento interno que a medida que vamos descubriendo, es el inicio de concientizar esa parte de que nos lleva el concepto de perfeccionismo para nuestro diiario vivir y nuestra salud emocional y física.
Hace tres (3) meses, organicé unas ideas que van encauzadas al tema de la perfección y le agregué lo imperfecto, ¿por qué?, porque aún nos cuesta aceptar que somos seres perfectos así como somos y por lo general existe la tendencia de decir : -nunca nada es perfecto.

Lo Perfecto dentro de lo Imperfecto
Ese nunca nada es perfecto, nos lleva a ver las cosas desde nuestra percepción y nuestras emociones, conocimientos y sentimientos. Decir, eso es imperfecto desde nuestra nuestra mirada, considero que no es lo más prudente , porque en ése momento para esa persona o situación todo está perfecto.
Recuerdo que llegar a este entendimiento pasó por varios filtros, porque me di cuenta que las situaciones o cosas que suceden es por algo, para dejar un aprendizaje a quien o quienes estén involucrados en cierta situación.
Asi mismo recuerdo la cara de una de mis cuñadas cuando hablaba de la actuación de alguien y yo solo escuchaba...cuando termina de contar el hecho, le digo nada es imperfecto...lo que ocurrió es perfecto porque está dejando una enseñanza para tí como para ellos. Todo es cuestión de como lo mires.
Por eso la frase ...lo Perfecto dentro de lo Imperfecto... suena fuerte porque no es sencillo asimilarlo.

El perfeccionamiento nos lleva a angustiarnos y sentirnos minúsculos ante los demás cuando las cosas no salen como queremos...a juzgar, a dar nuestros puntos de vista, allí entra el juego de palabras (perfecto/imperfecto)...algo así como para que nos detengamos y reaccionemos ante alguna situación y consideramos no salió bien lo que hacíamos, mirarlo...qué pasó...buscar la solución pero sin presionarnos...después nos daremos cuenta que ese momento de imperfección que así consideramos nos estaba diciendo algo.
Ya somos perfectos como somos y las situaciones que se nos presentan son perfectas; el toque de imperfección lo damos cada uno desde nuestra percepción.

The perfection and perfectionism theme that @damarysvibra exposed to us is part of that inner knowledge that as we are discovering, is the beginning of becoming aware of that part of what the concept of perfectionism leads us to for our daily life and our emotional and physical health.
Three (3) months ago, I organised some ideas that are channelled to the theme of perfection and I added the imperfect, why, because it is still difficult for us to accept that we are perfect beings as we are and there is usually a tendency to say: -nothing is ever perfect.

The Perfect within the Imperfect
That nothing is ever perfect leads us to see things from our perception and our emotions, knowledge and feelings. To say, that it is imperfect from our point of view, I think, is not the wisest thing to say, because at that moment for that person or situation everything is perfect.
I remember that reaching this understanding went through several filters, because I realised that the situations or things that happen are for a reason, to leave a learning experience to whoever or whatever is involved in a certain situation.
Likewise I remember the face of one of my sisters-in-law when she was talking about someone's performance and I was just listening...when she finishes telling the story, I tell her nothing is imperfect...what happened is perfect because it is leaving a lesson for you as well as for them. It's all a matter of how you look at it.
That's why the phrase ...the Perfect within the Imperfect...sounds strong because it's not easy to assimilate.

Perfectionism leads us to become distressed and feel minuscule before others when things don't go our way...to judge, to give our points of view, that's where the pun (perfect/imperfect) comes in.... something like that so that we stop and react to some situation and we consider that what we were doing did not go well, look at it...what happened...look for the solution but without putting pressure on ourselves...later we will realise that that moment of imperfection that we thus considered was telling us something.
We are already perfect as we are and the situations we are presented with are perfect; the touch of imperfection is given by each one of us from our own perception.
