Antes de empezar quiero decir que yo trato de portarme correctamente, sobre en asuntos que pueden ser un tanto delicados, pero siempre hay gente que se inventan o crean realidades paralelas, sobre todo negativas y generan una ola de comentarios con la intención de dañar, a veces este tipo de personas quieren tener un extraño rol de falso héroe porque tienen su realidad distorsionada o sencillamente lo hacen por pura maldad.
Mi caso a relatar es de este mismo año, yo soy una especie de representante ante la alcaldía de una asociación de artesanos, aquí en la ciudad de Caracas, cada cierto tiempo hay que renovar los permisos, esta vez cada tres meses, realice la diligencia a inicios de este año, más bien un poco a destiempo, pero afortunadamente todo salió bien; pero resulta que una representante de una asociación vecina con la cual tenemos problemas territoriales y de criterio, me comenta un día de mala manera y con un tono amenazante el porqué salieron los permisos de su grupo a mi nombre; cosa de la cual no tengo culpa, creo se imaginó que yo quiero perjudicarle con un plan malvado usando mi influencia y dinero que claramente no tengo y menos para eso; les seré honesto veo el querer perjudicarla a ella o su grupo como una perdida de tiempo y energía, más sabiendo que las prioridades son otras, sobre todo en el apartado económico.

Ese mismo día me amenazó con que me iba a mandar a investigar, después yo conversando me dicen que ella ha esparcido su relato conspirativo a la mayoría de las asociaciones artesanales, dice que soy un usurpador; también se pone altanera, amenaza a mi grupo y sobre todo a una compañera a la cual le tiene un resentimiento de vieja data, ya esta actitud es constante desde hace mucho tiempo, la vemos como una persona intratable, tratamos de ignorarla, pero esto no le hace mucho efecto...

Afortunadamente, la mayoría de los compañeros de otra asociación entienden que el problema con el permiso de su gente es que los funcionarios copian y pegan la información, allí se cometen esos errores, cosa que le explicaron, igualmente ella sigue en sus ideas negativas y expresándolas generando un ambiente de malestar.

Cómo se trata de una persona que no entra en razón, no está dispuesta a hablar y llegar a un acuerdo, más su actitud grosera y agresiva ante todos los miembros de mi grupo decidimos denunciar a la policía, fue una decisión difícil en que algunos tenían miedo, pero era necesario la intervención de una autoridad mayor y ciertamente neutral. La denuncia la asumió la compañera que ha sido más agredida, mientras yo y un par de compañeros servimos de testigos, a pesar de que ese día fue complicado, en resumen lo que se tenía que resolver en 15 a 20 minutos, fue una sesión de más de una hora en la jefatura; tanto es así que si cuento todo lo que pasó sería para otra historia, lo bueno es que desde ese día se ha quedado tranquila y el ambiente ha vuelto a ser bueno.

La reputación y la verdad hablan más que cualquier rumor, cuando la gente te conocen es muy difícil que otro meta cuentos falsos sobre uno y sean creíbles.
No actuar de forma desesperada o de inmediato, se debe analizar de dónde sale el rumor y las razones de porque la persona o grupos de personas lo están esparciendo, esto para dar una buena respuesta y no quedar mal en el intento.
A veces es necesario interactuar con las personas a las que les llego el rumor para aclarar las cosas, hay que recordar que el rumor puede surgir de una mala interpretación de un hecho o realidad.
Si la persona que inicia el rumor está fuera de nuestro control o es una persona difícil puede ser necesario que intervenga un tercero para darle solución, lo ideal es que esta persona o ente tenga autoridad, que sea neutral y justo para que pueda intervenir, para que finalmente se genere una solución.
