Es un placer estar nuevamente en esta comunidad para aportar mi granito de arena y hacer que esta crezca cada vez más, a su vez; que esta sea conocida por más usuarios para que sean parte de la armonía que se genera en ella. Estoy muy feliz de poder celebrar junto al resto este aniversario que demuestra que cada vez somos más y que el objetivo ha dado resultados satisfactorios.
It is a pleasure to be back in this community to contribute my grain of sand and make it grow more and more, in turn; that this is known by more users to be part of the harmony that is generated in it. I am very happy to be able to celebrate with the rest of the community this anniversary that shows that there are more and more of us and that the objective has given satisfactory results.
Desde que inicié en la comunidad, puedo decir que he logrado cambiar mi concepto de vida, ya que han sido muchos los aprendizajes que me han llevado a entender y conocer que no hay nada mejor que la paz interior, la cual generamos nosotros mismos, alejando lo que nos hace daño y abrazando todo lo que nos hace bien.
Since I started in the community, I can say that I have managed to change my concept of life, since there have been many lessons that have led me to understand and know that there is nothing better than inner peace, which we generate ourselves, pushing away what hurts us and embracing everything that makes us well.

¿Cómo ha sido tu experiencia en Holos&Lotus durante este año?/How has your experience at Holos&Lotus been during this year?
Debo confesar que a pesar de estar muy complacida con este espacio tan magnífico donde podemos recrearnos a través del intercambio de pensamientos e ideas, este año no he estado muy activa dentro de la comunidad, esto no quiere decir que esté alejada de ella; por el contrario, sigo fielmente a @damarisvibras quien a través de sus escritos transmite algo especial que llena de paz, lo mismo sucede con @mariannlis quien con su amabilidad lo dice todo.
I must confess that despite being very pleased with this magnificent space where we can recreate ourselves through the exchange of thoughts and ideas, this year I have not been very active within the community, this does not mean that I am away from it; on the contrary, I faithfully follow @damarisvibras who through her writings transmits something special that fills with peace, the same happens with @mariannlis who with her kindness says it all.
Como pueden ver, el que no esté publicando para la comunidad no quiere decir que no este activa en ella, realmente lo estoy porque a menudo me llego para dedicarme a leer las diferentes publicaciones con las cuales puedo alimentar mis conocimientos y también poner en práctica algunas dinámicas o estrategias que me ayuden a mantener mi equilibrio emocional.
As you can see, the fact that I am not publishing for the community does not mean that I am not active in it, I really am because I often come to dedicate myself to read the different publications with which I can feed my knowledge and also put into practice some dynamics or strategies that help me to maintain my emotional balance.
¿Qué te ha motivado para escribir en Holos&Lotus?/What motivated you to write for Holos&Lotus?
Escribir para la comunidad siempre es un placer, los temas propuestos son motivadores, alentadores, innovadores e interesantes, escribir desde siempre me ha parecido relajante, pero hacerlo con este tipo de temas es como dejarse llevar por el viento y ver que existen más paisajes de lo que imaginamos.
Writing for the community is always a pleasure, the proposed topics are motivating, encouraging, innovative and interesting, writing has always been relaxing for me, but doing it with this kind of topics is like being carried away by the wind and seeing that there are more landscapes than we imagine.
Otras de las cosas que para mí es importante cuando somos participantes en una iniciativa o concurso, es encontrarse con un mensaje por parte del responsable de dicho evento, eso me parece un gesto de amabilidad que genera satisfacción y afán por permanecer en ese lugar; cada vez que escribo para la comunidad me sorprenden con este tipo de mensajes alentadores que me llenan de alegría.
Another thing that is important to me when we are participants in an initiative or contest, is to find a message from the person responsible for the event, that seems to me a gesture of kindness that generates satisfaction and eagerness to stay in that place; every time I write for the community I am surprised with this kind of encouraging messages that fill me with joy.
¿Qué te gustaría recibir de Holos&Lotus? ¿Qué otras actividades piensas que se pueden promover?/ What would you like to receive from Holos&Lotus? What other activities do you think can be promoted?
Las estrategias de crecimiento siempre son bienvenidas, pero también es relevante hablar de las sanaciones que se pueden obtener mediante los diferentes temas espirituales, esto con el fin de hacer hincapié en que la salud espiritual es tan fundamental como la salud emocional, física y psicológica para poder encontrar el estado perfecto de la felicidad.
Growth strategies are always welcome, but it is also relevant to talk about the healings that can be obtained through the different spiritual themes, in order to emphasize that spiritual health is as fundamental as emotional, physical and psychological health to be able to find the perfect state of happiness.
¿Te parece que los temas que se han manejado en la Comunidad han contribuido a tu crecimiento integral de alguna forma?/Do you feel that the topics discussed in the Community have contributed to your overall growth in any way?
Por supuesto que sí, el poder pertenecer a esta comunidad y conocer temas antes desconocidos para mí, me ha permitido conectarme con mi propio yo y sanar algunas heridas necesarias para continuar el proceso de evolución, por ello siempre estoy abierta a las innovaciones y cambios a experimentar en beneficio propio.
Of course I do, being able to belong to this community and learn about topics previously unknown to me, has allowed me to connect with my own self and heal some wounds necessary to continue the process of evolution, so I am always open to innovations and changes to experience for my own benefit.
¿Qué otras temáticas propones para la Comunidad?/What other topics do you propose for the Community?
Entiendo que en otras oportunidades se ha conversado sobre la gratitud y a muchos les parece que es un tema trillado, pero personalmente pienso es el principal tema y el que se debe tener presente para poder evolucionar y mantener paz interior. Claro que existen muchos otros muy importantes como Los Cinco Pilares del Crecimiento Personal, también es importante para poder lograr con éxito ese desarrollo que todos necesitamos, en especial quienes se están incorporando a esta temática.
I understand that in other opportunities we have talked about gratitude and it seems to many that it is a trite topic, but personally I think it is the main topic and the one that must be kept in mind to be able to evolve and maintain inner peace. Of course there are many other very important topics such as The Five Pillars of Personal Growth, it is also important to be able to successfully achieve the development that we all need, especially those who are joining this subject.
¿Qué puedes aportar u ofrecer para el fortalecimiento de la Comunidad y la consecución de su objetivo de compartir bienestar?/What can you contribute or offer to strengthen the Community and achieve its goal of sharing well-being?
Como aporte puedo ofrecer mi contribución constante con la comunidad y por supuesto el poder compartir mis experiencias con otros usuarios acerca de como ha sido mi proceso de crecimiento personal y espiritual desde que llegué a esta comunidad, nunca está de más apoyar a otros usuarios, como mencioné anteriormente con mensajes positivos para que estos también se llenen de valor y deseen continuar creciendo junto a nosotros la familia H&L.
As a contribution I can offer my constant contribution to the community and of course to share my experiences with other users about how has been my process of personal and spiritual growth since I came to this community, it never hurts to support other users, as I mentioned above with positive messages so that they are also filled with courage and want to continue to grow with us the H&L family.
Es una bendición poder ser parte de este aniversario que nos acoge como familia hiveana dentro de la comunidad, felicidades a quienes tienen la inmensa responsabilidad de llevar a cabo la continuidad de este hermoso y maravilloso proyecto denominado Holos&Lotus, esperando celebrar muchos más aniversarios juntos.
