En mi caso en particular me he percatado de que cuando río o al menos sonrío, siento una sensación de bienestar, de relajamiento de tensiones que me hace mucho bien. Es por ello que con cierta frecuencia disfruto haciendo algún chiste, contando cuentos divertidos, en fin, buscando oportunidades para hacer más amenos los momentos, pero siempre teniendo en consideración los límites que pueden estar signados por el lugar, la situación en que nos encontremos y evitando caer en un papel en que peligre nuestro respeto.
Infinidad de acontecimientos nos han hecho reír muchísimo en la vida: recuerdo que en la década del 80 fuimos a pasar un curso de seis meses en La Habana, en una ocasión un coterráneo, me invitó para ver una película del oeste en el cine REX. Cuando entramos, al sentarnos mi amigo me dice que su silla estaba rota, por lo que nos cambiamos de lugar, para mayor sorpresa me dice que la otra también, en el tercer cambio me dice lo mismo, por lo que le propuse intercambiar los asientos y repite la escena, entonces le expliqué que eran reclinables y nos reímos muchísimo.

When we entered, when we sat down my friend told me that his chair was broken, so we changed seats, to my surprise he told me that the other one was broken too, in the third change he told me the same thing, so I proposed him to exchange seats and he repeated the scene, then I explained to him that they were reclining and we laughed a lot.
