Hoy he decidido tomarme un tiempo para mí misma, he decidido dedicarme a mí misma. Un día en el que he decidido tomarme un tiempo para reflexionar sobre mi vida, mis sueños, mis metas y mi futuro. A medida que fui creciendo, me di cuenta de que la vida no siempre es fácil. Tuve que enfrentar muchos desafíos y obstáculos, pero siempre tuve el apoyo de mi familia para superarlos. Aprendí que la perseverancia y la determinación son claves para alcanzar nuestros objetivos en la vida. Con el tiempo, fui construyendo mi propia familia. Me casé con un buen hombre de mis sueños y tuvimos dos hijos maravillosos. Juntos, hemos enfrentado muchos desafíos y hemos superado muchas dificultades, pero siempre hemos mantenido nuestra unidad y nuestro amor
Es fácil perderse en la rutina diaria, en las obligaciones y responsabilidades que tenemos. A veces, nos olvidamos de nosotros mismos y de lo que realmente importa en nuestra vida. Por eso, hoy he decidido parar, respirar y dedicarme a mí misma. He decidido escuchar mi voz interior, sentir mi corazón, latir y conectarme con mi esencia. He decidido contemplar la belleza del mundo, admirar la naturaleza y agradecer por todo lo que tengo.
También he decidido reflexionar sobre mi vida, sobre mis sueños y metas. He recordado lo que realmente quiero en la vida y he encontrado el camino que debo seguir para alcanzarlo, Pero también he decidido disfrutar de la soledad, encontrar la paz interior y conectarme conmigo misma. He abrazado a mis seres queridos y he demostrado cuánto los amo. Sé que puede parecer egoísta dedicarnos un día entero a, pero sé que es necesario. Necesitamos tomarnos un tiempo para nosotros mismos, para encontrar la paz interior y para conectarnos con nuestra esencia
Hoy solo estoy para mí,
para escuchar el viento cantar
para sentir la brisa en mi piel,
y para dejarme llevar por el momento.
Hoy solo estoy para mí,
para admirar la belleza del mundo,
para contemplar el cielo azul,
y para sentirme parte del todo profundo.
Hoy solo estoy para mí,
para reflexionar sobre mi camino,
para recordar mis logros y fracasos,
y para encontrar la sabiduría que me guía.
Hoy solo estoy para mí,
para sentir el amor que me rodea,
para abrazar a mi ser interior,
y para demostrarme cuánto me amo.
Hoy solo estoy para mí,
para disfrutar de la soledad,
para encontrar la paz interior,
y para conectarme con mi esencia divina.
Hoy solo estoy para mí,
para escribir estas palabras,
para expresar lo que siento,
y para compartir mi corazón con el mundo.
Hoy solo estoy para mí,
y aunque pueda parecer egoísta,
sé que es necesario a veces,
para poder seguir adelante con fuerza y alegría.
Así que hoy solo estoy para mí,
y aunque mañana vuelva la rutina,
llevaré conmigo este momento,
y lo guardaré en mi corazón para siempre,
como una llama que nunca se extingue.

Today I have decided to take some time for myself, I have decided to dedicate myself to myself. A day in which I have decided to take some time to reflect on my life, my dreams, my goals and my future. As I grew up, I realized that life is not always easy. I had to face many challenges and obstacles, but I always had the support of my family to overcome them. I learned that perseverance and determination are key to achieving our goals in life. Over time, I built my own family. I married a good man of my dreams and we had two wonderful children. Together, we have faced many challenges and overcome many difficulties, but we have always maintained our unity and love for each other.
It is easy to get lost in the daily routine, in the obligations and responsibilities we have. Sometimes, we forget about ourselves and what really matters in our lives. That's why today I decided to stop, breathe and dedicate myself to myself. I have decided to listen to my inner voice, feel my heart, beat and connect with my essence. I have decided to contemplate the beauty of the world, admire nature and be grateful for everything I have.
I have also decided to reflect on my life, on my dreams and goals. I have remembered what I really want in life and I have found the path I must follow to achieve it. But I have also decided to enjoy solitude, find inner peace and connect with myself. I have embraced my loved ones and shown how much I love them. I know it may seem selfish to dedicate a whole day to, but I know it is necessary. We need to take time for ourselves, to find inner peace and to connect with our essence.
Today I am only for myself,
to listen to the wind sing
to feel the breeze on my skin,
and to let myself be carried away by the moment.
Today I'm just for me,
to admire the beauty of the world,
to contemplate the blue sky,
and to feel part of the deep whole.
Today I am only for me,
to reflect on my path,
to remember my achievements and failures,
and to find the wisdom that guides me.

to feel the love that surrounds me,
to embrace my inner self,

to enjoy the solitude,

and to connect with my divine essence.

to write these words,
to express what I feel,
and to share my heart with the world.
Today I am only for me,
and although it may seem selfish,
