Hola a todos en esta gran comunidad, como algunos ya me conoces soy amante del crecimiento personal, he hablado de un montón de cosas con relación a este tema y es algo apasionante el querer seguir creciendo y aprendiendo de lo que hago diariamente, a pesar de todo eso, hay algo importante de lo que no les he hablado, es algo que tomamos por sentado que ya sabemos, pero que quizás está algo mal direccionado, como siempre lo he hecho, hablaré desde lo que he aprendido y ustedes sacan su conclusión personal.

Muchas veces nos han preguntado ¿quién eres?, por mensaje cuando no tienen nuestro contacto guardado, claro de buenas a primera respondemos con nuestro nombre, hasta posiblemente le enviamos una foto de nosotros por si no se recuerdan bien, les diré algo que quizás suene raro, ¡nosotros, no somos nuestro nombre!, cuantas personas se pueden llamar como nosotros y no necesariamente hace lo mismo, o tiene los mismos pensamientos, es como si dijéramos "soy un Gabriel" y si lo generalizo seria como decir "Soy un perro", porque la gente de una va a comparar nuestro nombre con el de algún conocido y posiblemente eso tenga buenas o malas consecuencias.

Así que, no somos nuestro nombre, aparte, que ese nombre que tenemos la mayoría nos lo colocó algún familiar, el motivo de su elección sabrán ellos (a veces nos matan con el nombre jajajaja), nuestro nombre es solo una forma para llamar nuestra atención, del resto pues... no significa algo de lo que somos o seremos (aunque hay persona que tienen esa creencia, no voy a caer en detalles).

Con nuestro nombre fuera de esta ecuación de ¿quiénes somos?, vamos a sacar otras cosas, a lo largo de nuestra vida también estudiamos o trabajamos, posiblemente algunos puedan decir que nuestro nuestra ocupación nos define como persona, la verdad es que si, eso tampoco es lo que somos, son cosas de la vida que debimos aprender para sobrevivir; cada vez, nos quedamos con menos cosas para definirnos, se complica la situación, pero no se preocupen.

Ya por último, las marcas en general tampoco hablan de nosotros, eso es solo para marcar un estatus social, de la cantidad de dinero que puedes o no gastar para darte gustos y lucirlo a la sociedad, quizás pocos no lo vean de esa forma, pero hay una gran mayoría que lo hacen por el simple rumor de que usa cosas caras, así que... ya mejor ni lo sigo.

Si nos damos cuenta cada una de las cosas que describí, solo es para que otros vean lo que podemos hacer, bien sea para medir nuestro intelecto, o estatus social, nada que de referencia de al quienes somos. Voy a hacer un ejercicio y ustedes sacarán sus conclusiones de mi gran pregunta (primero leen y luego lo hacen, no pueden leer con los ojos cerrados jajajajaja).

Vamos a imaginarnos todos tienen una imagen metal de sí mismo (es la que necesitas), ahora nos quitamos la ropa y la dejamos de un lado, imaginen que están frente a un gran espejo donde se estén reflejando, ahora con la palabra "SOY" que es lo primero que te llega a la mente, teniendo en cuenta todo lo que antes te he dicho, si lo pueden hacer con los ojos cerrados muchísimo mejor y con música relajante le va a dar un toque extra.

Les aclaro que esto no va a llegar de la noche a la mañana, para saber quienes somos, esto es tarea de ponernos a pensar, indagar, nadar por los rincones de nuestra consciencia, esta pregunta me la hice hace años, la respondí, aunque ya tengo la respuesta, todos los días me sigo preguntado ¿Quién eres?, esto puede cambiar en cualquier momento, por eso es que cada día mi subconsciente me la recuerda.

Many times we have been asked who are you, by message when they don't have our saved contact, of course right off the bat we answer with our name, we may even send them a picture of us in case they don't remember us well, I will tell you something that may sound strange, we are not our name! How many people can be called like us and not necessarily do the same, or have the same thoughts, it is as if we say "I am a Gabriel" and if I generalize it would be like saying "I am a dog", because people will compare our name with that of an acquaintance and possibly that will have good or bad consequences.

So, we are not our name, besides, that name that most of us have was given to us by a relative, the reason for their choice will know them (sometimes they kill us with the name hahahaha), our name is just a way to get our attention, the rest ... does not mean something of what we are or will be (although there are people who have that belief, I will not go into details).

With our name out of this equation of who we are, let's take out other things, throughout our life we also study or work, possibly some may say that our occupation defines us as a person, the truth is that yes, that is not who we are, they are things of life that we had to learn to survive; each time, we are left with fewer things to define us, the situation is complicated, but do not worry.

And finally, brands in general do not talk about us either, that is only to mark a social status, the amount of money you can or can not spend to give you taste and show it to society, perhaps few do not see it that way, but there is a large majority who do it by the simple rumor that uses expensive things, so ... and better not follow it.

If we realize each of the things I described, it is only for others to see what we can do, either to measure our intellect, or social status, nothing that gives reference to who we are. Let's imagine you all have a metal image of yourself (it is the one you need), now we take off our clothes and leave them aside, imagine you are in front of a big mirror where you are reflecting yourself, now with the word "I AM" which is the first thing that comes to your mind, taking into account everything I have told you before, if you can do it with your eyes closed all the better and with relaxing music it will give you an extra touch.

I clarify that this is not going to come overnight, to know who we are, this is a task to think, to investigate, to swim through the corners of our consciousness, I asked myself this question years ago, I answered it, although I already have the answer, every day I keep asking myself who are you, this can change at any time, that's why every day my subconscious reminds me.
