Hola mis queridos compañeros de Holos & Lotus, seguimos Honrado al amor esta vez con la iniciativa de nuestra compañera @lunaticanto.
Esta es mi reflexión sobre ❤️El Amor Propio ese sentimiento especial que forma parte de nuestro ser que nutre muchas areas de nuestra vida y nos regala con su presencia felicidad.
Transmitir Amor es una dosis de Bienestar en nuestro ser no solo por mostrarlo hacia esas personas que son especiales en Nuestras vidas también es neceario aplicarlo
hacia nosotros mismos pero a veces esa muestra de amor se hace dificil.
El Amor hacia nosotros mismos nos ayuda a valorar la hermosa creación que somos, todos los Dones y talentos que están inmersos en nuestro ser que nos hacen personas muy valiosas, lamentablemente cuando caremos de él estamos ciegos,no podemos ver la hermosa piedra preciosa que somos y todo lo maravilloso que podemos aportar sintiéndonos inferiores a las demás personas.
Lo que se Vuelve un tropiezo silencioso porque cuando no alcansamos ver lo precioso que hay en alma nos hacemos daño a nosotros mismos llegando a perder el sentido de la vida lo que te roba tus sueños y trastorna tus pasos.
El dulce amor propio todos necesitamos del mismo frasco, en pequeñas o grandes cantidades es vida para el alma.
Hello my dear colleagues of Holos & Lotus, we continue honoring love this time with the initiative of our partner @lunaticanto.
This is my reflection on ❤️El Self Love that special feeling that is part of our being that nourishes many areas of our life and gives us happiness with its presence.
Transmitting Love is a dose of Well-being in our being not only to show it to those people who are special in our lives but it is also necessary to apply it to ourselves but sometimes that love is difficult to show.
Love towards ourselves helps us to value the beautiful creation we are, all the gifts and talents that are immersed in our being that make us very valuable people, unfortunately when we lack it we are blind, we cannot see the beautiful precious stone we are and all the wonderful things we can contribute feeling inferior to other people.
What becomes a silent stumbling block because when we fail to see the preciousness of the soul, we hurt ourselves and lose the meaning of life, which robs you of your dreams and disturbs your steps.
The sweet self-love we all need from the same bottle, in small or large quantities, is life for the soul.
Cuando sientes amor por ti mismo tienes respeto a tu ser, muestras gratitud por tu vida, te sientes bien contigo sientes la felicidad, entonces ese amor que pronuncias con tus palabras a las personas que son importante en tu vida se vuelve una amor sincero, que no es egoísta que va más allá de las palabras porque sabes lo que es amar, porque no puedes dar lo que no tienes,si tienes amor hacia ti mismo estas preparado para amar de verdad.
Hace muchos años que no celebro Un día al amor pero me uno con ustedes a honrar este amor, reconociendo que he fallado en su practica, que muchas veces no pude ver la hermosa persona que soy y todas las bellas cualidades que hay en mi, una falla que genero mucha inseguridad tiempo atrás.
Sin embargo ahora me miro al espejo Mirando mi reflejo, reconociendo más allá de mi aparaciencia fisica la bella mujer que soy, una tan brillante como el oro, dura como el diamante, llena de vida, con un brillo en los ojos muy especial, que amo y agradezco a Dios por ser y estar aqui ahora disfrutando de mi vida, esos talentos y dones que hay depositados en mi alma.

❤️Resilencia
Muchas veces he reflexionado sobre todas dificultades que he tenido que enfrentar y un detalle que siempre admiro es esa capacidad que tengo de adapatarme a los cambios,es verdad no todos los cambios son comodos para nuestra vida,cuando miro hasta donde he llegado y todo el desierto que he tenido que cruzar me siento agradecida por esa fuerza interna que tengo, por la paciencia y la fé que me arropa cuando todo mi mundo tambalea, a veces digo no es que sea fuerte es que la fé te ayuda a seguir a creer en ti, ver tus fortalezas y adaptarte a los cambios, así que si resumo soy una mujer con mucha fé esa es mi clave para ser resilente.
❤️Creativa
Es algo que me agrada mucho de mi, la facilidad que tengo para formular ideas, diseñar no me quedo sin hacer el intento lo que no sé lo aprendo rapidamente buscando siempre mejorar, es algo que muchas personas admiran de mi, por muchos años lo ignore, le reste la importancia que merecía, me cerre a muchas oportunidades por no valorar ese parte de mi.
Una parte que viene acompañada de muchos talentos a través de la cual disfruto mucho escribrir historias, dar consejos , ayudar a otras personas.
❤️Humildad
Esta es una de la joyas más preciosas de mí alma, pues ser humilde me ha abierto muchos caminos y ayudado a tener los pies bien puestos sobre la tierra sin creerme superior a nadie.
Ser humilde me ayuda a ser generosa,servicial, amable y comprensiva con las demás personas,esta es una de mis más bellas fortalezas.
Podría nombrar muchas cualidades en mi vida, las cuales amo y me siento agradecida porque son piedras preciosas en mi ser, así que debo amarme, valorarme y respetarme cada día de mi vida, nutrir en mi el amor propio para que los pensamientos negativos que tenga hacia mi no escondan el brillo de mis cualidades.
❤️Celebremos el amor propio, empecemos por darnos un mercido abrazo, reconociendo que ese amor es indispensable❤️

When you feel love for yourself you have respect for your being, you show gratitude for your life, you feel good about yourself you feel happiness, then that love that you pronounce with your words to the people who are important in your life becomes a sincere love, that is not selfish that goes beyond words that you know what it is to love, because you cannot give what you do not have, if you have love for yourself you are ready to truly love.
It has been many years since I have celebrated A Day of Love but I join with you in honoring this love, recognizing that I have failed in its practice, that many times I could not see the beautiful person I am and all the beautiful qualities in me, a failure that generated much insecurity long ago.
However now I look at myself in the mirror looking at my reflection, recognizing beyond my physical appearance the beautiful woman I am, one as bright as gold, as hard as diamond, full of life, with a very special sparkle in my eyes, that I love and thank God for being and being here now enjoying my life, those talents and gifts that are deposited in my soul.

❤️Resilience
Many times I have reflected on all the difficulties I have had to face and a detail that I always admire is the ability I have to adapt to change, it is true that not all changes are comfortable for our lives, when I look at how far I have come and all the desert I have had to cross I feel grateful for that inner strength I have, for the patience and faith that surrounds me when my whole world wobbles, sometimes I say it is not that I am strong, it is that faith helps you to continue to believe in yourself, to see your strengths and adapt to changes, so if I summarize I am a woman with a lot of faith, that is my key to be resilient.
❤️Creative
It is something that I like a lot about me, the facility I have to formulate ideas, I do not stay without trying to design what I do not know I learn quickly always looking to improve, is something that many people admire me, for many years I ignored it, I subtracted the importance it deserved, I closed myself to many opportunities for not valuing that part of me.
A part that comes with many talents through which I enjoy writing stories, giving advice, helping other people

Humilitys Being humble helps me to be generous, helpful, kind and understanding with other people, this is one of my most beautiful strengths.
I could name many qualities in my life, which I love and feel grateful for because they are precious stones in my being, so I must love, value and respect myself every day of my life, nurture self-love in me so that the negative thoughts I have towards myself do not hide the brightness of my qualities.
