Mi Reflexión Llegó La Hora de Soltar - Esp /Eng

Saludos amigos de Hive y de esta comunidad hoy voy a compartir con ustedes la iniciativa promociona por @damarysvibra, que se refiere Llego la hora de soltar, en la cual nos invita a reflexionar y soltar algunas cosas que nos afecta en nuestra vida.

Greetings friends of Hive and this community, today I will share with you the initiative promoted by @damarysvibra, which is referred to as It's time to let go, which invites us to reflect and let go of some things that affect us in our lives.

Cuando muchas veces no llega la hora de soltar, es porque nos aferramos a algunas cosas que con el tiempo se convierten en una costumbre, que a su vez nos afecta a lo largo de la vida, que puede ser por ejemplo una pareja que no queremos, tenemos amistades que son negativas, un ambiente laboral donde los trabajadores no se sienten a gusto, por las condiciones salariales, o por el maltrato de sus superiores.

When many times it is not time to let go, it is because we cling to some things that over time become a habit, which in turn affects us throughout life, such as a partner we do not want, we have friendships that are negative, a work environment where workers do not feel comfortable, because of the salary conditions, or because of the mistreatment of their superiors.

Cabe destacar que una de las cosas que debemos hacer es dejar atrás todo lo que nos hace daño, son experiencias de la vida que nos enseñan a reflexionar y cuando son situaciones que no aportan ningún beneficio y afectan de forma psicologica, tenemos que soltar y buscar otros rumbos para crecer cada día más como seres humanos.

It should be noted that one of the things we must do is to leave behind everything that hurts us, they are life experiences that teach us to reflect and when they are situations that do not bring any benefit and affect us psychologically, we have to let go and look for other directions to grow more and more as human beings.

En el caso si tenemos una pareja de este tipo, lo mejor es terminar esa relación y tendremos que asumir lo que nos vendrá para luego sentirnos bien con nosotros mismos. Si el problema es en nuestro espacio laboral, igualmente buscar otra alternativa porque esto va a perjudicar con el tiempo nuestra salud.

In the case if we have a partner of this type, the best thing to do is to end that relationship and we will have to assume what will come to us in order to feel good about ourselves. If the problem is in our work space, also look for another alternative because this will eventually damage our health.

Hay que alejarse de todo aquello que te quitan la tranquilidad, que puede estar en la familia, amigos, parejas, cuando el límite se sobrepasa, y son también muy tóxicas, entonces tenemos que tomar la decisión de alejarnos para crecer de forma positiva en un entorno donde tenga mayores opciones de disfrutar la vida.

You have to get away from everything that takes away your peace of mind, which can be in the family, friends, partners, when the limit is exceeded, and they are also very toxic, then we have to make the decision to move away to grow positively in an environment where you have more options to enjoy life.

Una de las cosas que realizó es mis caminata de montaña que es un ejércicio que me ayuda a liberar el estrés y también alejar las cosas negativas, para disfrutar de la naturaleza y respirar aire puro en la montaña.

One of the things I do is my mountain hiking which is an exercise that helps me to release stress and also to get rid of negative things, to enjoy nature and to breathe fresh mountain air.
