Un cordial saludo a esta linda comunidad de Hive. En el día de hoy les quiero contar un poco acerca de la experiencia que viví junto a un río hace algunos días.
Fue una experiencia increíble, amo la naturaleza y la disfruto al máximo. Desde pequeña crecí en un ambiente rodeada de arboles y vegetación, desde que salía el sol hasta que se ocultaba podía oír los pájaros cantando y el sonido de la brisa que hacían mover los arboles de un lado a otro.
A cordial greeting to this beautiful Hive community. Today I want to tell you a little bit about the experience I lived next to a river a few days ago.
It was an incredible experience, I love nature and I enjoy it to the fullest. Since I was a little girl I grew up in an environment surrounded by trees and vegetation, from sunrise to sunset I could hear the birds singing and the sound of the breeze moving the trees from one side to another.
Estando en este río, más bien, un riachuelo, rodeado de piedras y árboles fue como sentir una sensación de libertad y paz interior. Realmente no encuentro palabras para expresar lo que sentí en ese momento, me encanto estar allí, ver el agua cristalina correr por las piedras y el sonido del agua, sentía como mi cuerpo y mi mente se relajaba sin pensar en nada mas.
Being in this river, rather, a stream, surrounded by stones and trees was like feeling a sense of freedom and inner peace. I really can't find words to express what I felt at that moment, I loved being there, seeing the crystal clear water running through the stones and the sound of the water, I felt my body and mind relax without thinking about anything else.
La naturaleza, nos trasmite muchas cosas positiva en nuestra vida diaria, lo digo porque cuando me siento preocupada, estresada o incluso con alguna tristeza, salía y me alejaba de todo y me refugiaba en la naturaleza. Ahí aprovechaba y despejaba mi mente y cuando llegaba a casa yo era otra persona. Ahora es un poco diferente porque donde vivo no tengo esa libertad, porque no lo hay, aun así en la parte de atrás de la casa hay un pequeño jardín y cuando me siento muy mal o incluso cuando deseo estar sola sin nada de ruido, me escapo para allá y no saben lo bien que me hace.
Nature transmits us many positive things in our daily life, I say this because when I feel worried, stressed or even with some sadness, I used to go out and get away from everything and I took refuge in nature. There I would take advantage and clear my mind and when I got home I was a different person. Now it's a little different because where I live I don't have that freedom, because there is none, even so in the back of the house there is a small garden and when I feel very bad or even when I want to be alone without any noise, I escape there and you don't know how good it is for me.
Creo que me hacia falta salir a lugares como estos, ya los extrañaba, claro que de donde yo vengo no hay esta inmensas piedras, por eso pueden ver que tome varias fotos me parecen hermosas y ellas también son parte de la naturaleza.
I think I needed to go out to places like these, I missed them, of course where I come from there are not these huge stones, so you can see that I took several photos I find them beautiful and they are also part of nature.
Mientras caminábamos mi amiga y yo, observé estas lindas flores y les tome fotografía porque eran las únicas que encontré así de radiantes y lindas. También habían muchos árboles.
As my friend and I walked along, I noticed these beautiful flowers and took a picture of them because they were the only ones I could find so radiant and beautiful. There were also many trees.
Fue una mañana diferente que pasé deseando volver de nuevo y poder permanecer mas tiempo con la naturaleza, ya que por medio de ella puedo encontrar refugio, paz y tranquilidad en mi interior. No hay nada mejor que vivir en un ambiente natural.
It was a different morning that I spent wishing I could come back again and be able to spend more time with nature, because through it I can find refuge, peace and tranquility within myself. There is nothing better than living in a natural environment.
