En la vida todo es un constante aprendizaje cuando paramos de aprender se detiene nuestra evolución. El día que @miriannalis me comentó sobre este maravilloso proyecto me pareció fascinante y al pedirme realizar la imagen para esta comunidad me sentí halagada e inmediatamente acepté. Me compartió el nombre que tenían en mente y su significado: Hólos, que se deriva de la palabra Holismo, para que entendiera mejor de que se trataba me pasó la explicación de Wikipedia

Pensé que había entendido el concepto y me vino a la mente incorporar los 4 elementos de la naturaleza en la composición que iba a construir, sin embargo, al pasar unos días sostuvimos otra conversación dónde tuve una visión más amplia de lo que significa el holismo, es decir, el ser humano visto como un ente completo en sus 4 dimensiones integradas haciendo sinergia con su entorno como parte del mismo. El concepto es bastante abstracto definitivamente necesitaba entender más al respecto para poder plasmar eso en un lienzo, y a partir de allí vinieron horas y horas de investigación y de más conversaciones con @miriannalis. Mientras investigaba sobre las 4 dimensiones del ser humano trataba de imaginar cómo representarlas lamentablemente no tenía muchas ideas, pero lo que estaba aprendiendo me fascinaba.

In life everything is a constant learning process and when we stop learning, our evolution stops. The day @miriannalis told me about this wonderful project I found it fascinating and when she asked me to make the image for this community I was flattered and immediately accepted. She shared with me the name they had in mind and its meaning: Hólos, which is derived from the word Holism, so that I could better understand what it was about, she passed me the explanation from Wikipedia

I thought I had understood the concept and it came to my mind to incorporate the 4 elements of nature in the composition I was going to build, however, after a few days we had another conversation where I had a broader vision of what holism means, that is, the human being seen as a complete entity in its 4 integrated dimensions making synergy with its environment as part of it. The concept is quite abstract I definitely needed to understand more about it to be able to capture that on a canvas, and from there came hours and hours of research and more conversations with @miriannalis. While I was researching about the 4 dimensions of the human being I was trying to imagine how to represent them unfortunately I didn't have many ideas, but what I was learning fascinated me.

Busque algunas imágenes de referencia pero en su mayoría eran flujogramas o imágenes donde solo se podía apreciar los Chakras en conexión con el universo, o bien donde solo se mostraba la mente humana o imágenes donde se plasmaban las emociones, si definitivamente estaba en graves problemas mi musa creativa se había ido de paseo, pero mientras esto sucedía había una interrogante haciendo ruido en mi cabeza esta interrogante se convertiría en la base de mi composición pero para ese momento yo no lo sabía y esa pregunta no era más que un ruido molesto en mi cabeza ¿por qué siempre separamos el espíritu del alma, el cuerpo y la mente si se supone que somos todo eso, un ente completo?🤔

Luego lo entendí y fue como una revelación, 🤯 se habían abierto las compuertas de mi imaginación debía crear una imagen que no separara ninguno de esos elementos, sino que los uniera fluyendo en una sola corriente, la pregunta era ¿y cómo lo hago? 😳Para mi buena fortuna mi musa regresó de paseo y empezaron a llegar las ideas.

A continuación, te cuento cómo realice esta pieza de arte y el porqué de cada uno de los elementos que conforman mi obra.

I looked for some reference images but most of them were flowcharts or images where you could only see the Chakras in connection with the universe, or where only the human mind was shown or images where emotions were captured, yes I was definitely in big trouble my creative muse had gone for a walk, but while this was happening there was a question making noise in my head this question would become the basis of my composition but by that time I didn't know it and that question was nothing more than an annoying noise in my head why do we always separate spirit from soul, body and mind if we are supposed to be all that, a complete entity? 🤔

Then I understood it and it was like a revelation, 🤯 the floodgates of my imagination had opened I had to create an image that did not separate any of those elements, but united them flowing in a single stream, the question was and how do I do it? 😳 To my good fortune my muse came back for a walk and the ideas started to come.

Below, I tell you how I made this piece of art and why each of the elements that make up my work.

Empecé creando una imagen 3D del cuerpo que sería el centro de la imagen, debo confesarles que primero escogí el cuerpo de una mujer y empecé a trabajar en el con una base gris ya que tenía en mente desde el principio darle un aspecto celestial es decir brillante translúcido, debido a que para la mayoría de nosotros los seres humanos, cuando hablamos de algo celestial inmediatamente nuestra mente visualiza el universo, pues esa era mi idea una piel celestial inspirada en el cosmos.

I started by creating a 3D image of the body that would be the center of the image, I must confess that I first chose the body of a woman and started working on it with a gray base because I had in mind from the beginning to give it a celestial aspect, that is to say translucent shiny, because for most of us humans, when we talk about something celestial immediately our mind visualizes the universe, so that was my idea a celestial skin inspired by the cosmos.

Sin embargo luego de tener más información honrando ese punto de equilibrio entre la energía ying y yang (femenino y masculino) optamos por un cuerpo que no tuviera marcado el sexo sino que tuviera características de ambos un cuerpo andrógino, fascinante a mi parecer.

However, after having more information honoring that point of balance between yin and yang energy (feminine and masculine) we opted for a body that did not have a gender marking but had characteristics of both, an androgynous body, fascinating in my opinion.

Pero antes de seguir contándoles el proceso de la realización de esta pieza debo contarles lo que aprendí del Holismo para poder realizar este trabajo ya que cada uno de los elementos que tiene esta pieza fueron pensados y dibujados con un significado desde mi interpretación de las 4 dimensiones del ser humano no fueron elementos puestos al azar de hecho en toda la composición solo hay un elemento que fue dibujado de manera espontánea, así qué lo que observas en este trabajo es una imagen mental de mi interpretación de las 4 dimensiones, luego de las muchas conversaciones con @miriannalis y de mi propia investigación, hago mención de esto ya que no soy experta en el tema y cuando hablamos de conceptos abstractos cada ser humano crea su propia imagen mental no hay una forma correcta o incorrecta de exponerlo.

But before I continue telling you the process of the realization of this piece I must tell you what I learned from Holism to be able to make this work because each of the elements that this piece has were thought and drawn with a meaning from my interpretation of the 4 dimensions of the human being, they were not elements placed at random, in fact in the whole composition there is only one element that was drawn spontaneously, so what you see in this work is a mental image of my interpretation of the 4 dimensions, after many conversations with @miriannalis and my own research, I mention this because I am not an expert on the subject and when we talk about abstract concepts each human being creates his own mental image there is no right or wrong way to expose it.

Cada una de las dimensiones del ser humano tiene sus características propias que se entrelazan e interactúan entre sí creando sinergia y un sistema completo que fluye como uno un todo.

●-Cuerpo: se refiere a la parte física, material de nuestro cuerpo a lo tangible, es el que se alimenta, duerme, sangra.

●-Mente: es la parte racional de nuestro ser, la que piensa y se nutre del intelecto, esa que estudia, investiga es curiosa, apasionada por el conocimiento.

●-Emocinal: es aquella que siente, todas nuestras emociones, sentimientos son parte de ella junto con todas las interacciones sociales que tenemos con otros Hólos como respuesta a esas emociones.

●-Espíritu: se refiere a esa parte en nuestro interior que nos conecta con nuestra fuente suprema, esa que al alimentarla nos permite trascender.

Estas fueron las ideas fundamentales que dieron forma para continuar con mi composición ya tenía mi cuerpo celestial y translúcido ahora me hacia falta representar en ese cuerpo todos los elementos anteriores.

Each of the dimensions of the human being has its own characteristics that intertwine and interact with each other creating synergy and a complete system that flows as one whole.

●-Body: refers to the physical, material part of our body to the tangible, it is the one that feeds, sleeps, bleeds.

●-Mind: is the rational part of our being, that which thinks and is nourished by the intellect, that which studies, investigates, is curious, passionate about knowledge.

●-Emocinal: it is that which feels, all our emotions, feelings are part of it along with all the social interactions we have with other Hólos as a response to those emotions.

●-Spirit: refers to that part within us that connects us to our supreme source, that which by nurturing it allows us to transcend.

These were the fundamental ideas that gave shape to continue with my composition, I already had my celestial and translucent body, now I needed to represent in that body all the previous elements.

Empecé con la dimensión física se encuentra representado con el brazo derecho y a diferencia del resto del cuerpo este brazo no es translúcido ni con aspecto celestial es color carne y sostiene una manzana en su mano esta envuelto con lianas espinosas entrelazadas, flores y una pequeña gota de sangre causada por una de las espinas.

I started with the physical dimension is represented with the right arm and unlike the rest of the body this arm is not translucent or celestial looking is flesh colored and holds an apple in his hand is wrapped with intertwined thorny vines, flowers and a small drop of blood caused by one of the thorns.

Todo esto representa el mundo material, la productividad, las riquezas materiales, pero también las tentaciones, las pasiones. Aquí encontramos el deseo carnal y como un elemento de esta vida material se encuentra recogido el sufrimiento en el hilo de sangre que corre por el brazo con el que quise mostrar la idea de que en este tránsito terrenal también pasamos por situaciones dolorosas que nos ponen a prueba.

All this represents the material world, productivity, material riches, but also temptations, passions. Here we find the carnal desire and as an element of this material life we find the suffering in the thread of blood that runs through the arm with which I wanted to show the idea that in this earthly transit we also go through painful situations that put us to the test.

Luego dibuje la silueta de una madre con un bebé en sus brazos, la silueta sale de un hilo luminosos del brazo izquierdo, desde el corazón del Ser en un flujo de energía que tiene su punto de partida con la relación que tenemos con nuestra madre, ese primer contacto humano, nuestra primera interacción social que hacemos cuando nos encontramos en pleno proceso de gestación, allí, al lado de la madre y el bebé está la luna, un claro símbolo del universo emocional en un constante fluir.

Then draw the silhouette of a mother with a baby in her arms, the silhouette comes out of a luminous thread from the left arm, from the heart of the Being in a flow of energy that has its starting point with the relationship we have with our mother, that first human contact, our first social interaction that we make when we are in the process of gestation, there, next to the mother and the baby is the moon, a clear symbol of the emotional universe in a constant flow.

En el caso de la dimensión espiritual sabemos que cada persona desarrolla su espiritualidad basado en sus creencias pero siempre con aras de acercarse a su fuente suprema Dios padre y creador. Y en el Holismo que mejor forma de representarla sino con los Chakras y el aura fusionada con el cosmos

In the case of the spiritual dimension we know that each person develops their spirituality based on their beliefs but always with the aim of getting closer to their supreme source, God the father and creator. And in Holism what better way to represent it but with the Chakras and the aura merged with the cosmos.

Para ello dibuje cada uno de los Chakras con su respectivo color Energético en el lugar donde se encuentran ubicados en el cuerpo humano, a excepción del sexto chakra que lo represente dibujando el tercer ojo, se que tal vez se preguntaran ¿por qué rayos no dibujo el sexto chakra si ya había dibujado los demás? Bueno soy fans de dibujar ojos me fascina y esta oportunidad de dibujar el tercer ojo no la iba a dejar pasar.

To do this I drew each of the Chakras with their respective energetic color in the place where they are located in the human body, except for the sixth chakra that I represent it by drawing the third eye, I know you may wonder why the hell I do not draw the sixth chakra if I had already drawn the others? Well I am a fan of drawing eyes, it fascinates me and this opportunity to draw the third eye I was not going to let it pass.

Para el aura utilice una imagen de uso libre del universo la misma que utilizaría de fondo y con la herramienta difuminar procedí a licuar la imagen para finalmente recortar los bordes y darle la forma que quería.

For the aura I used a free use image of the universe, the same that I would use as background and with the blur tool I proceeded to blur the image to finally cut the edges and give it the shape I wanted.

Finalmente llegamos a la dimensión mental: como dijimos es el intelecto así que lo coloque el la parte superior alrededor de la cabeza dibuje algunas figuras geométricas sagradas como el cubo de metatron, la flor de la vida además del número Pi, la nomenclatura de la energía y el bosón de Higgs o la partícula de Dios.

Finally we come to the mental dimension: as we said it is the intellect so place it at the top around the head and draw some sacred geometric figures such as the metatron cube, the flower of life as well as the number Pi, the nomenclature of energy and the Higgs boson or God particle.

También incorporé una cascada de un lado de sus caderas, aunque es un elemento que permea todas las dimensiones por ser un excelente conductor de la energía, quise destacar con su presencia ese constante fluir que existe en nuestros cuerpos desde su aspecto físico, pero también desde ese flujo emocional.

De hecho, es un elemento que tradicionalmente se asocia con el mundo de los sentimientos y las emociones, allí se encuentran representados los instintos, esa parte inconsciente de nosotros, de lo psíquico, incluso de los pensamientos.

I also incorporated a waterfall on one side of her hips, although it is an element that permeates all dimensions as it is an excellent conductor of energy, I wanted to highlight with its presence that constant flow that exists in our bodies from its physical aspect, but also from that emotional flow.

In fact, it is an element traditionally associated with the world of feelings and emotions, where instincts are represented, that unconscious part of us, of the psychic, even of thoughts.
