Resolver problemas, creo que las primeras veces que escuché esto no estaba muy segura acerca de que pensar o hacer, hasta que la educación que te dan en casa, más la experiencia, te convierte o en parte del problema, parte de la solución y un tercero resuelves y listo.
Hablar de este tema me hace recordar a un jefe que tuve hace años, cuando trabajaba en una cadena de comida rápida, comencé como operaria, pero al tener un título como TSU y ver mi actitud ascendí rápidamente y llegué a sub gerente, pero obviamente todavía había debilidades en mí, muchas veces este jefe me decía:
-Cristina, dame soluciones, no problemas.
Problem solving, I think the first few times I heard this I wasn't really sure what to think or do, until the education you get at home, plus experience, makes you either part of the problem, part of the solution and a third party solver and that's it.
Talking about this topic makes me remember a boss I had years ago, when I worked in a fast food chain, I started as an operator, but having a degree as a TSU and seeing my attitude I promoted quickly and became assistant manager, but obviously there were still weaknesses in me, many times this boss told me:

Allí comencé a internalizar que debía acudir a él cuando de verdad yo hubiera agotado todo lo que yo pudiera hacer para resolver aquello que yo consideraba un problema, porque a veces también es un tema de percepción, lo que tal vez es un problema para mí, para alguien más es una tontería o tal vez me esté ahogando en un vaso de agua.
Ahora bien, para que tengan una idea de si soy una persona resolutiva les compartiré una experiencia, hace ya unos dos años comencé a notar que al lavar cada vez que la lavadora drenaba el agua, la gran mayoría o toda, se devolvía por el centro piso cercano, al punto de llegar a la sala, era algo horrible, pues pasaba mucho tiempo no solo lavando muchas veces recogiendo agua.

Lo que creí que era una obstrucción era otra cosa, ya que tras recurrir a diversos métodos para destapar y al continuar la situación, al punto de que si la vecina lavaba el agua salía en mi casa y viceversa, decidí ir más allá y buscar la raíz del problema. Así que contraté a un albañil para que rompiera el lugar cercano del centro piso y, sorpresa, toda la tubería, al ser tan vieja, estaba dañada. El edificio tiene más de 60 años.
Había que buscar una solución definitiva y tras escuchar recomendaciones decidí independizarme de la tubería del edificio, hasta allí todo parecía relativamente fácil, pero no, eso implico compra material y más porque en un principio se creyó que el trayecto de la tubería sería hasta un centro piso del cuarto de basura que estaba en el piso de abajo, pero este también estaba dañado.

It was necessary to look for a definitive solution and after listening to recommendations I decided to become independent of the building's piping, up to there everything seemed relatively easy, but no, that implied buying material and more because at the beginning it was believed that the path of the piping would be to a center floor of the garbage room that was on the floor below, but this was also damaged.

Por todo lo anterior, el proyecto se complicó y alargo se gastó en más material mano de obra y más, pero era algo que había que resolver, así que ante cada obstáculo no me frustré, busqué la manera de que todo continuara adelante hasta lograr la solución del problema.
Así como esta situación, se pueden presentar muchas más, en casa, la oficina la vida personal, el tema es que debemos enfrentarlas no de manera impulsiva o podría ser peor, pero lo mejor es buscar la solución, lo más pronto posible porque el huir de los problemas muchas, pero muchas veces puede hacer que las cosas empeoren, es cierto que a veces hay otros factores para resolver un problema, como dinero o tiempo en cuanto a este último, tenemos que avocarnos a buscar el tiempo para resolver, pues de lo contrario seguirá allí, aumentando o atormentándonos.

As well as this situation, many more may arise, at home, office, personal life, the point is that we must face them not impulsively or it could be worse, but it is best to seek the solution, as soon as possible because running away from the problems many, but many times can make things worse, it is true that sometimes there are other factors to solve a problem, such as money or time as for the latter, we have to focus on finding the time to solve, otherwise it will still be there, increasing or tormenting us

En resumen, muchas veces para convertirnos en una persona resolutiva, hay que dejar de lado el miedo y actuar, confiar en nuestro pulso creer en nosotros mismos en que tomaremos la decisión adecuada y de no hacerlo por lo menos se intentó y hasta podríamos intentarlo de nuevo dependiendo del caso, así termino esta línea que son mi participación en la iniciativa Ser resolutivo
